"Maintenance"
One of the pool ladders was broken & very sharp on the feet. One umbrella was missing & it's the only shade. There were no towels in the pool area. We had to ask twice. Breakfast was almost all carbs, no protien. We enjoyed our stay. Close to good restaurants. We would recommend your hotel to others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great place close to airport"
This hotel was everything I expected. Very nice, clean, everything working, updated. The beds were comfortable, space was nice, separate lounging area, separate working area. It is literally 5 minutes drive to the airport... and that consists mostly of the path from the I-4 bridge through to the actual drop off spot, with all MCO's roads they have to […] get there. "No Room Service???"
This hotel is not at the airport, which was my mistake in booking and not reading more clearly. They did have a 24 hour shuttle, which was convenient. However, there was NO room service. "We serve a full service breakfast, but you have to come downstairs to order and pay for it, and return to your room with it, if you'd like"...doesn't that defeat the […] purpose of "room" service?? Not to mention...the "amenities" of vending machines, were only on certain floors (not the one we happened to stay on), which made it even more irritating. And then there was the call to the front desk to request a few "convenience" items, which they were more than happy to give you if you came to the desk. The rooms were nice (except for the airport noise - which, by the way doesn't exist at the ACTUAL airport Hyatt), but service was sub-par to say the least.
