Not a place you want to stay if you don't have kids! Really not much for adults to do. GREAT BED! Slept great. but be careful they charge you for... EVERYTHING!!!!! there is a twenty-five dollar a day resort fee, they charge you for any missed shows you reserve, five dollars for pool towels not returned and anything else they can think of! Right outside of Disney and not to far from Sea World. Your kids will love it for sure! by Missy R from Davie, FL on 09/16/11

Location.
This kid-friendly Orlando resort is about 1.5 miles from the Downtown Disney area and less than 3 miles from Epcot®. SeaWorld Orlando is 4.5 miles away.

Hotel Features.
Nickelodeon Suites features two water parks: The Lagoon Pool, anchored by a four-story water tower with water slides, flumes, and a 400-gallon dump tank; and the giant Oasis Pool, with water slides, flumes, an interactive water tower, and cabanas. Guests enjoy access to the water park, bus shuttle to Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom®, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom®. Wi-Fi in guest suites and public areas, unlimited local telephone calls, and parking for one vehicle (all included in the resort fee). Other highlights include The 4-D Experience, poolside “Slime” parties, a kids' spa, the Nick Workshop, and a family-friendly restaurant. A 24-hour business center, 2 meeting rooms with audiovisual equipment, computer station and exhibit space are all available on site. Translation and wedding services are also available. Self parking is available (surcharge). This is a smoke-free hotel (fines apply for violations).

For the volume of quest it appears they have the pool area was dirty, flooring was comming up, child gates in pool area were not working, rust on the pool equipment. Checkin had taken a long time. On a good note mall area was nice and clean

We really enjoyed the amenities of this hotel for the price. There is so much to do for the kids. My kids loved it. The rooms were nice but could be improved some. My biggest complaint is the bed mattresses. The pull out couch was aweful. The staff could have done a better job of giving us directions to our room. Building 14 was tucked in and we were […] tired and searching for a room for a while. Stay at the Lagoon pool location! I recommend the room without the bunks. Read more

Make sure you reserve one morning for the Character Breakfast at the mall. Although a little pricey, it was well worth the girls personal interactions with the characters as they visited our table.

Overall it was a great experience. The hotel was great for families and kids. Lots to do. The only disappointment was the Breakfast with the Characters. Even though you make "reservations" they're not considered reservations, but "priority seating". So you still have to wait.
