I will NOT stay at the Nickelodeon Resort, again. It was overpriced including food. The total tab was $200.00, which $50.00 was resort fees and I paid an additional $25.00 for an upgrade. The room was way over priced. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The water in the shower would not get hot. I advised the person at the front desk and was told someone would be up to look at it. They must have waited until after we left to fix it. Even though my daughter did love the pool, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel was definitely not worth what we paid. The hotel is run down, it's equivalent to a $49 per night Econolodge. The pool and slides are great, however, there were way too many people in the pool. Apparently the hotel charges non-guests $17 per day to take advantage of the pool. There we so many people in the pool that it was kind of gross. We paid an additional $25 per night for a “themed room”, which was basically no different from a regular room, aside for “one” small wall painted with SpongeBob characters. I was a little hesitant after reading the mixed reviews. But after experiencing the hotel for myself, I have no idea how anyone can give this hotel more than 3 stars. I don’t think it’s even worth that. My advice to anyone considering staying at the Nickelodeon is, unless you’re finding a deal for less than $80 a night I wouldn’t bother. Found the facility to not be as clean as we were expecting (especially pool area), pool towels were thin-old-& stained, staff seemed like they were forcing a smile, and food wasn't great. Overall we were pretty disappointed and won't find ourselves visiting again :(

The stay was during a very busy Easter week. The Hotel staff is very friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. However, the hotel was way overbooked. The sofa bed was really just a bag of rocks on squeaky springs and not comfortable for the one adult. TERRIBLE! There was not shower curtain. The hotel is really overpriced. I took my sons there for a little weekend family getaway and was a bit disappointed by how little I got for as much as I paid. The fridge in our room leaked so the carpet was soaked. Maint. came out and moved the fridge out but never cleaned the carpet. By end of Day 2 our room smelled of mildew. The tub was dirty and the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned […] (I know this because I found a used contact lens on the floor and I don't wear them). The suite was small and it seems like you had to pay for EVERYTHING. In order to stay in a Spongebob room you had to pay extra (really?!). The boys had a blast in the waterpark and pool which is all that really matters. Except I didn't appreciate overhearing a couple of the lifeguards making fun of some of the guests and how they looked in their swimming apparel. Public areas not kept clean, especially bathrooms. Some staff friendly, some very rude. Pools very crowded and not enough chairs. Ended up renting a cabana which was great. Not many healthy food choices. Rooms are large enough to accomodate a large family. Pictures on their website are very deceiving. Would not consider this a "resort."

It is a great location for the Kids! The Hotel needs some upgrading and major maintenance, kitchenette had a leaking, tub was slow draining. Although, It was a busy weekend, the common areas where crowed. It is a great concept, but for the money, you can spend it a Walt Disney Resort and enjoy much more.
