I must say that this hotel far exceeded our expectations! The rooms were very clean and setup like a a studio apartment so we felt almost like we were home!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and a full size refrigerator. This room was very comfortable and the price was just right. I would def stay here again!!

This hotel offers pretty bare bones accommodations. The location is good. It's close to I-drive, but not in the middle of it. It is nice and quiet. However, it wasn't the cleanest and smelled pretty funky. The kitchenette was a big selling point for me, but the cookware and tools available make itpretty much useless.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and had a nice selection of pillows to choose from. The dishwasher left something to be desired, running for 4 hours before we decided to shut it off and hand wash the dishes. Try to turn off your nose and the rest of the hotel is ok. There was a permeating smell in the hotel that stuck with me the entire trip. Piles of garbage were outside the 3rd floor elevators all night long. The breakfast in the morning wasn't much more than prepackaged yogurts and oatmeal packets, bananas and oranges and apples. Stayed three nights in February 2013. Staff was very friendly at check in and very helpful. We had a king size bed overlooking the pool and it was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Small, but very livable with a table and two chairs and a stuffed chair. Full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen plates and silverware. Nice TV with DVD player […] attached. Room was very clean and room staff restocked towels and emptied garbage. Extra cleaning services were $5 or $10 a day, depending on needs. Room was very quiet as well. Just a couple of negatives: Continental Breakfast was described as pretty good by staff. However, all we found were breakfast bars, muffins, and poor tasting coffee. They were out of yogurt and cereal. There were no biscuits, gravy, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cream cheese, bagels or milk. They did get some yogurt in on our last day. The coffee we made in our room was better than the continental breakfast, but they ran out of coffee packets the first day we were there. Since breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, nearby was a McDonald's, Burger King and a retro styled Denny's, where we ate two mornings. Hotel did provide free Wifi, however, to get better speed, they wanted either $2 or $3 a day for hi-speed internet. Standard wifi wasn't too slow in my book so I didn't pay the up-charge. Parking was easy and free. We would stay here again, but not for the breakfast or the coffee. Read more

The hotel was okay. I had a queen studio where I stayed for four nights. The beds are ok, very slow WiFi connection, and lots of construction workers staying there. Far exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and VERY comfortable. Great bed. Good location, off the beaten path, but close to main attractions. Easy check-in, personable staff. Would highly recommend this property.

I had stayed in the past at the adjacent hotel that has the same ownership as the Extended Stay Deluxe. The "Deluxe" was the same price and had more amenities. Good value and good visit.

It wasn't fancy but it was clean, quiet, and with a very large room (even a full kitchen) at a reasonable price. The person at the desk was also really helpful and got me an inexpensive taxi to the airport that was much cheaper than the one I'd originally started to order. Good place to stay.

The ac would go of in the middle of the night and the room extremely hot. Then come back in and get cold again. Other than this and the fact that my room was right next to the exercise center when people used the tv loudly it came through which was quite annoying.

The condition of the rooms were very poor - filthy carpets, broken tiles in shower, running toilet, etc. I had to unplug the refrigerator to sleep. The staff was nice and apologetic.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet environment (small business park). Excellent when you are by car and don't' need a lot of amusement, bars and restaurants in the environment.

Hotel was clean enough but farther from the convention center than I would have liked. Had to ask for soap and shampoo and the wall clock still reflected daylight savings time months after the change (small point but it takes 5 seconds to make it right) The price was very reasonable and I would stay there again.
