Self-service kiosks in the lobby provide easy check-in/check-out. Complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily. In addition, a 24-hour Guest Kitchen sells made-to-order snacks and entrees, and the Bakery Café serves Starbucks specialty coffees, premium beers, and wines. Guestrooms feature the signature Hyatt Grand Bed with pillowtop mattress, down blankets, premium pillows, and triple sheeting. 42-inch flat-panel HDTVs can be viewed from the bed or from a sofa bed in the living area, which is separated from the sleeping area by a partial wall. Hyatt Plug Panels connect guests' laptops, MP3 players, video-game systems, DVD players, and other media devices to the TVs. Wet bars come with compact refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Two phones (one cordless) include voice mail. Bathrooms have granite countertops.

i really enjoyed my stay. The only problem is there are no washing machines set up for extended stay guests. I was directed to visit Hilton next door to use their washer and dryer. I am really not sure why this hotel has such low ratings. The ONLY issue is the couch in the (very nice) room was a bit worn. I have found this at other Hyatt Places with the same couch and I think the material is one which wears quickly. After reading several reviews on this hotel, I decided to book us a room and I am very glad I did. The room's design makes it larger than regular hotel rooms and I really liked that. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of pillows, the room was very clean, the bathroom spotless. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet though the waffles were frozen(reheated) […] and not "make your own". The location is great especially having the hotel sitting back off busy International Drive.
