Good size rooms, freindly staff, located in the very tourist oriented area of international drive. close to the outlets and very close to universal. i have stayed here twice already this year (total of 5 nights) and when its on sale and at a good price its always my first choice of hotel when i'm in orlando. only complaint is that the gym is tiny and […] doesn't have much more than a treadmill and a couple dumbbells and during my last stay the parking lot was packed overnight and i could barely find a spot. We asked for a King bed and they over booked this request. The front desk service was awful and they are the one who manage the bookings. If you have a particular request I would not stay at this hotel cause they will blame it on someone else if they over booked.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been a pleasent experience however my most resent stay was by far the best. One woman at the front desk was more then helpful and super accomadating, her name was natchira and she had excelent customer service skills. because of her i will surely stay at this location again! Great job guys!

I really enjoyed my stay. The Tiki bar convience is just that, high priced and you can't bring your own beverage down, not even soda to the pool area!!! Choose the beach instead. Overall nice. Make sure to ask for a portable fridge if you need one. Overall very nice. Next great price on a room there I will return.

Well, the outside of the hotel is a bit obnoxious looking. I am kind of surprised the Sheraton put there name on a building like this. Service at front desk was great. After we checked in and went to our room, when we walked in the room was a bit muggy. It had an odd, but not foul odor. Very clean. Beds were fine. It's right around the corner from Universal […] Studios & across the street from Wet & Wild. Right on International Drive, which seems to be were a lot of attractions and restaurants are. I would only stay again because it's in a great spot, but not because the physical hotel was extraordinary. I think next time we will stay at the on-site Universal Studios Hotels. I reserved a standard room online, and then called the hotel to ask them to put a note specifying 2 queen beds instead of a king. This helped, the room was exactly the one I requested. The place was clean and comfortable. The AC was noisy, so light-sleepers bring earplugs. TV was not flat, but we had cable. Enough pillows/blankets/towels were provided. […] Staff was very kind. We ordered dinner from the hotel: Scampi pasta sucked, tasted way too weird. Molten Chocolate dessert was good. Chicken noodle soup was ok. Pizza was out of this world, probably the best pizza we've ever had (the spinach, cheese, and tomato one). Service was quick (20-25 min). Plenty of free parking. No surprise charges added to my bill. The location was fabulous as we were going to Universal. We extended our stay for one night. When we got back to the room at 3:45 pm the room had not been cleaned. They came when we called but I did not like the fact that no one had attended our room from 9 am to 3:45 pm.

I had difficulty attaining ice, having to go to 4 different floors til I finally found an ice machine that produced ice. (11th floor). The key lock on the elevator is a nice idea but it is inconvenient. The pool was closed in the evening and we decided not to use it the next day because it looked very cloudy and ununviting. Das Four Points liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe der Universal Studios und nur wenige Fahrminuten vom Walt Disney World Areal entfernt. Gegenüber liegt der Wasserpark Wet'n'Wild. Auf dem International Drive reiht sich ein Restaurant an das andere. Alles sehr zentral.
