We arrived in Orlando earlier than expected but at midnight so for $40 we grabbed a room here (family of 3). The people at check-in we're great, the room was VERY clean even for an older hotel. Absolutely no complaints until 7:30am when there was NO hot water at all. I'm guessing b/c it was peak hours for everyone to be showering before heading out […] to the parks. So...if you don't like a cold shower I would suggest getting up extra early or shower the night before, otherwise this was a good place for a quick stop over. After a day at the parks with kids, it was ggood to have a quiet place to rest. Breakfast was so packed you could not sit down and big signs said you could not trake the food to your room. So put more tables or remove the signs.

The hotel is perfect for what we need. Close to everything, however, the breakfast room needs to be bigger. Always crowded, nowhere to be seated. And the lady who prepares the breakfast needs HELP! She's always pleasant and wonderful but I think she was struggling a little to help everyone out and the same time to put more food out and etc.

For the price, it was okay. We spent most of the day at theme parks, so we didn't check out the pool area. The breakfast area is a little sad looking, and there are a ton of people especially on weekends. We picked it for the proximity to both Disney and Universal, so it was fine for that purpose.

The room was clean and had a fridge. The water kept changing from hot to cold on its own along with the pressure. There faucet in the tub leaked all night did not change rooms because I did not want to pack the kids up and move. Location was awesome universal thru the back streets yeah

I rated a 1 in hotel service only because the administration didn't let me know, when I made the reservation online, that their checkout is at 11am. For less than $70 a night, I couldn't expect more. Room is clean, pool is nice, free good buffet breakfast, free shuttle to DIsney, Universal Studio and other theme parks. Pick up times are convenient (I only go Disney), 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening (still can catch a ride back after night shows). Our most recent stay here was for 2 nights. The rooms are older but clean. Great buffet breakfast. Several choices. Our first night our room was next to the stairs. Not a good night All ours of the night people being loud with luggage on the stairs. Went to desk next morning and they were very accomodating to move us to a different room. Noise was much […] better. swimming pool was clean and well kept however hot tub was lacking. It looked dirty and the water didnt look clean. They have a tiki bar at the pool where you can get drinks and food however, they close early. 9pm on a friday night.. Less than a mile from fast food places as well as walmart supercenter. Unless you are super picky, this was a great place to stay. I didn't check out the pool, and never made it to breakfast due to the lineup, but I'm sure they were good. The hairdryer and the TV remote were not working, but otherwise everything seemed fine.

But the "suite" consisted of only a 3 foot tall divider between the bed and the pull-out couch.
