The hotel is conveniently located, which was great. However, the floors were dirty (we had to wear shoes or our feet would get black) and it was hard to keep my child off the floor where he wanted to play. "Perfectly situated"
It was a perfect vacation. The weather participated wonderfully. The hotel accommodations were excellent. We were with 5 minutes of everything we needed and within 15 minutes to all the attractions. "Good stay for a family on a budget"
The staff was friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included was nice. The room was fine (the microwave didn't work very well though). The shuttle to and from Disney and Universal was a bit inconvenient but did save us money so that was helpful. "Terrible WiFi"

Overall my stay at this hotel was pretty much perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable, and affordable, especially considering it was a Friday night. The only real knock I had on the hotel was the complimentary breakfast. The selection of foods was extremely limited and I was disappointed that there were not hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, […] sausage, etc. Also the breakfast area was very small and hard to move around in because there were so many other guests trying to get breakfast. "Excellent Location!"
The reviews for this hotel for very helpful and were right on the money. For the price, it was a good room especially if you are not spending much time in it anyways. The location is excellent and it even has a trolly stop right outside the hotel. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The room did not smell like smoke which was greatly appreciated […] (I've been in a nonsmoking room before that reeked of smoke). The only downfalls were that the pool was small (but didn't spend any time in it anyways) and so is the breakfast area. There wasn't enough tables/chairs for the number of guests but the breakfast food was decent. The only recommendation I would make would be to try and get a room away from the pool because if not, you will make up about 8am to kids laughing and splashing but other than that it was exactly as expected and my husband and I were very satisfied with this choice of hotel. It's your basic Best Western. No frills. Breakfast area is tiny it's hard to even find a place to sit. Complimentary shuttle to theme parks is great, only used it in the mornings.
