Forget about what you might know or heard of Best Westerns, this hotel was amazing!!!! Close to Universal Studios and City Walk. It is literally walking distance if you choose to use that mode of transportation. The Staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and house keeping always left new pillows and blankets. Quite for being right next to the I-4 […] and International Drive, very secure at night, and is well equipped with a pool, 24 hour gym, jacuzzi, tennis court and basketball court. I would and will stay there again. The only thing I want to warn guests about is a $50 charge if your using a Debit card, but the company will reimburst that back after your stay! Staff was friendly, but horrible rooms. First room we got as we walked in, the door hinge was broken off, bath tub stained.2nd room bath tub stained but after a 3.5 hour drive we just rested kids were tired . Next evening after 11 hours visiting Disney World came in to the room exhausted and the AC not working...3rd room was ok but the bathroom was […] old bath tub was also stained. The staff was very appologetic but never offered no form of discount..Never again will I stay on a Best Western. Don't waste your money pay an extra few dollars and stay at a real hotel. Read more

The hotel is very good located and he shutles towards universal where very good and ontime. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Beds are also very nice. We had a huge discount so my return-for-value was very high, but if you pay more than 150 dollars per night, I would suggest to look at a sheraton e.g.

We have gone to Orlando about every other month this past year. We stayed at a couple of different motels, but after staying here, this is our ONLY choice in Orlando. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night and had a late check-in and early check out. Room had a odd odor and was outdated. No sleep because a/c sounded like freight train all night and could not turn on bathroom light!!! Do not stay here.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and loved it. Beds were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My only minor disappointment was the tiny room with connecting room.
