This hotel's abundant flora and Florida's temperate climate create a tropical atmosphere at the Caribe Royale. Dining options include the Venetian Room which places emphasis on Northern Italian cuisine and an extensive collection of reserve wines. The Tropicale serves traditional American cuisine. Cafe Largo is a 24-hour "grab-and-go" market.
Parrot Isle Lounge features wide-screen televisions and piano music, and Calypso's offers poolside service. A business center houses three computer stations. A total of 150,000 square feet of function space provides ample event facilities. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee in public areas. Waterfalls tumble over towering rocks above an outdoor pool that features a 75-foot waterslide. A variety of spa treatments and services are available, including manicures and pedicures, massages, and two spa treatment rooms, including a couples treatment room. A two-story, staffed fitness center is located in the pool courtyard and includes cardiovascular and weight-training equipment, yoga balls and free weights. Venetian Room - This Venetian-themed restaurant serves Continental cuisine with an emphasis on Northern Italian dining. It has an extensive collection of reserve wines and is open for dinner only. Jackets for gentlemen are recommended.

Recreation
A 250,000-gallon outdoor freeform pool—flanked by towering rocks with a cascading waterfall—and a 75-foot serpentine waterslide create a tropical playground. For children, Caribe Royale has a separate pool and interactive water playground, as well as a video-game room. Guests can play on a lighted tennis court and a lighted basketball court.

"Very nice hotel in its day"
Beds looked beautiful and were very comfortable. Rooms too compact to be called a suite. The fine details of cleaning not obtained, baseboards and the such not clean. Everything was excellent, the service, the room, everything worked well. This was a one night stay and it's obvious that to truley enjoy the Caribe Royale, you must stay longer. The only issue I had was when I made the reservation I had requested a king suite but when I arrived, the front desk had me down for 2 queen beds in my room and that all the […] king rooms were sold out. I'm just going to make this short and sweet. For how much money you pay, the customer service was awful. The workers were very short and a bit rude. The pool is nice and heated with a couple hot tubs that live up to their name. The food wasn't good at all. "sehr schönes Hotel ideal für Fam. mit Kindern"
Auch wenn wir ihne Kinder dort waren, hat uns die grosszügige Poolanlage sehr gefallen. Schwimmen bis 23 Uhr möglich, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wenn man in diesem Hotel bleibt, ist man zwangsläufig auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen, um von dort aus die Region um Orlando zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist recht abseits und mehrere Kilometer vom Zentrum des […] International Drive entfernt. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im Sea World, Disney, Universal Studios oder einfach dort, wo das Leben Spass macht am International Drive. Wir waren vom Hotel so begeistert, dass wir gleich nochmals zwei Nächte vor Ort gebucht haben. Allerdings war der Preis dafür fast doppelt so hoch. Deshalb lohnt sich eine frühe Buchung übers Internet sehr. Die Ausstattung ist grosszügig, die Betten gross, bequem und komfortabel. Die Zimmer wurden auch nach 12 Uhr noch in Ordnung gebracht, ideal also für Langschläfer, wie wir es sind... Einziger Nachteil: die Zimmer verfügen über keine Balkone und die Fenster lassen sich (wohl aus Sicherheitsgründen - wir waren im 10. Stock) nicht öffnen. Die Klimanlage ist die einzige Möglichkeit, die Temperatur im Zimmer zu regulieren. Für die Übernachtung mit etwas Relaxen ist dieses Hotel ideal. Man kann auch problemlos einen Tag im Hotel am Pool verbringen, es wird sicher nicht langweilig. Es gibt auch noch ein grosszügiges Fitness-Center, welches gratis benützt werden kann. Sonst bieten sich Ausflüge in die Themenparks oder nach Cape Canaveral an. Wir besuchten sogar Daytona Beach, mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde vom Hotel aus zu erreichen. Die Preise in den Hotel eigenen Restaurants sind relativ hoch. Wir empfehlen deshalb, auswärts zu essen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt alleweil.
