"You get less than you paid for"

When I arrived, there was a discrepancy over the number of nights I had booked. It was resolved quickly and we went straight to our room. We were given area discount cards and enjoyed our stay. I had a very pleasant experience at the Rosen Inn. My stay was short but sweet. I had booked doubles but requested a king which was not available at checkin. This is understandable as that is not what I booked. Front desk did try their best to accomodate me and were very sincere. We went up there not expecting much ,since we were on a budget and looking to save. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how well kept it was. The employees were extremely pleasant to deal with and when I called regarding a missing shower curtain they were there with the curtain in under 10 mintues. O hotel tem uma excelente localização, é limpo, porém as pessoas que trabalham no mesmo mostram claramente que estão trabalhando com insatisfação. A começar pelos garçons do restaurante que servem o café da manhã e exigem que você dê gorjeta (que já vai na conta por sinal) só por dizer "bom dia". Além disso, reservamos um quarto que era de não fumante […] porém o cheiro do mesmo dizia o contrário. Se era não fumante, deixara de ser na semana passada!! Pontos negativos: tem duas camas no quarto e ambas são de viúva, ou seja, apertado para dormir a dois, o carpete é escuro e antigo o que deixa uma má impressão ao quarto, deixando-o mais escuro do que já […] é, pois só tem uma iluminação de teto que fica perto da porta; a cama onde dormimos tinha mau cheiro, tipo de roupa de cama usada... afff, não via a hora de sair de lá... mas o casal que estava conosco em outro quarto gostou e não sentiu cheiro estranho em nada.
