We checked in on a Saturday night. There where people running up and down the walk way all night. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed one night at the end of our vacation. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our kids loved the pool and playground. The pool is 3 feet to 6 feet deep. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The buffet food was ok for the price and the customer service at the restaurant was great.

Dead bolt/lock didn't work well, and door hard to open. Pool opened 10 minutes late in a.m. Elevators and elevator lobby smelled stale (possibly from smokers) and need to be washed and sprayed. Otherwise, everything good.

I've stayed here twice in the last month and found the rooms to be clean and just like the pictures show. Never heard of the brand before but now notice they have a few higher end properties nearby. This hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit, some places within walking distance. Pool was heated, rooms cleaned daily, staff was friendly.. The website photos are actually true to size. I will stay here again if/when I visit Orlando again.

I have stayed in the hotel before without any problems. For some reason this time was a real nightmare. When arriving, the hotel was full and my normal room had been given away. I was given a room designed for a disabled person. Not too big of deal though we did not have a bathtub for my child to bathe in. The room was located on the first floor corner […] room at the front of the hotel. The first night I had a group of people literally fist fighting and cursing at 2am outside my room. It scared me to death! I did not feel safe with my two kids. The management and police were notified but nothing ever came of it. The next night, as me and my children were in the bed at 10:45pm, I had a group of people attempting to open my hotel room door with their key. They were claiming that the front desk had given them my room! Once again, I had to call security who told them to go back to the front desk. Fortunately, I had the dead bolt turned or they would have walked right in on my family in bed! Had we not been there they would have had complete access to my room and all my stuff. My feeling of being unsafe in this hotel went from bad to worse. Needless to say, this will be the last time I stay at this hotel. I would rather pay a little more and stay at a hotel where I feel my family is safe. Read more

Our stay here was very affordable. The location is very close to all the parks and Sea World as well as many places to eat. Pool area was clean and neat. The hotel could use updating in the rooms as well as adding some noise reduction. It was very noisy at night which made it hard for me and the children to sleep.Overall the hotel was just OK!

This hotel is surprisingly inexpensive. Very close to everything. Sports bar and restaurant have good food with decent prices. Pool great too. They have shuttles to the attractions, and always a taxi if needed. Room is nice and clean. The desk staff is very friendly. I would stay there again when in Orlando.

I already recommended this hotel to all my firends here in Miami. We are Premium Pass Holder for Disney Parks and we come to Orlando three to four times a year. I asked for a hotel close to the Orange County Convention Center. This one was a 1/2 mile from there, reasonable rates and gated parking which was nice. Plenty of security patroling after dark and most importantly pet friendlly.

This is just a little better than what you'd expect for the price. Great location, free parking and shuttle service make this ideal for people going to Sea World and Universal Studios. The room itself was nothing fancy or great, but it was clean and a ok to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower while in the area.
