Radisson Hotel Orlando-Lake Buena Vista

The room was bigger than expected. Close to shopping center with 24/hr grocery store with lots of other things one might need. Shuttle service has only one service going out and one coming back for each theme park. Other way to work around it like taking the Disney resort shuttle to Downtown disney which is 1-2 miles away from hotel.

The Radisson is a beautiful hotel with gorgeouse rooms and great accommodations. It is perfectly located with in minutes of all attraction in Orlando. I would reccomend te Radisson to all my friends because of all these great attributes but specially because of it's great rates as well.

This is a beautiful hotel!!! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and we didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect! The hotel is gorgeous, the pool is huge and it has a hot tub as well as a tiki bar. The room we had was a good size, with a nice flat screen t.v. Everything looks brand new and updated, it is an immaculate hotel. […] Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday, and we constantly saw them vacumming and mopping the floors. This Radisson is very convenient to Disney World, just outside the entrance to the Disney shopping area. The hotel itself is in extremely good shape, well appointed and elegant. The rooms are the same, although neither my wife nor I could get the sleep number feature on the beds to work, didn't matter to us because the beds were very comfortable anyway. […] Liked the big screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. Wi-Fi is free, which is nice, but is rather slow. Service was very good, particularly front desk. Nice pool and hot tub. Immediate area is urban and congested, a lot of reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance, which is fortunate because the hotel restaurant food isn't very good for the prices they charge. Stayed for a weekend to go to Disney. Hotel was very clean and presentable, and I am quite picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness. We stayed at this hotel for a week and it was very comfortable. The room was as described. We got the room with microwave and fridge so we could keep some snacks or breakfast items in the room for our long stay. - The room itself was very clean and everything, including bathroom, was updated. It was not a huge/luxurious bathroom, so if you are looking […] for luxury check some other hotel or room. - Parking was free at the hotel. They also have a shuttle to Disney World, but we did not use it as we had our rental car. The shuttle only drops you off to Disney in the morning, and picks you up in the evening - it does not run in both directions throughout the day so you would be stuck at the park until the evening if you took the shuttle. - The hotel is located right off of I-4, is only a block or so away from the entrance to Hotel Blvd, which is sort of the entrance to the Disney area. - The drive to all the Disney parks and Disney Downtown was only 5-10 minutes. The drive to Universal and SeaWorld was also only about 15 minutes. - There were plenty of restaurants, gift shops etc around the hotel to pick from. International Drive is also only about 5-10 minutes away, so we could go to restaurants there too. - The reception staff was friendly and answered all questions we had. Room service for extended stay guests is every other day, which was fine by us. - Overall, a great hotel stay for us & we would stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. Read more

This hotel had great service and was very clean. I was not happy with the entrance to the hotel. First, there was only one entrance. Second, it was not in a good location and could easily be missed. I did this a few times. Also, the pictures of the pool and outside area of the hotel were much larger than reality.

This hotel met all of our expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The sleep number beds were a major plus. It was conveniently located right off I-4 for easy access to Disney and Universal parks, but there were a couple of U-turns that were not so nice. (Not the hotel's fault) Also there is a really gaudy looking gift shop practically right on the […] same property. The hotel is almost walking distance to downtown disney, but because parking to that location is free, it is easier to drive and park. My only complaint is with the shuttle, which I think could have offered more convenient departure times (some of us want to get our money's worth out of a day at the park!), and a shuttle to universal would have been nice. Overall, I definitely recommend the hotel as an inexpensive advantage to Disney's pricey resorts. Read more

We chose this hotel based in reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. This hotel is very good value for such a great price. The hotel was lovely and new. Everything looked nice and clean. We booked the cheapest room level and it was great. Plenty of space and good size bed and bathroom. Was nice to have a sofa and a desk area too. Coffee […] maker, fridge and microwave were very handy. The pool was a bit full with kids so we didn't use it but this is to be expected when staying by Disney. The gym was small but had everything you needed and good aircon. The coin-operated laundry services were handy too. We didn't have a car and we were happy with the location of the hotel. We took bus #111 straight from the airport to right outside ther hotel for $2 each. There were plenty of places to eat in the Crossroads complex which is right next door to the hotel. The furtherest of these restaurants are still within 10 minutes walking distance. We also walked to the outlet mall which took under 30 mins. We walked to Walgreens which took about 15 minutes. Some of the roads are quite busy to cross but it is ok. We took a cab to Disney and it was $23 dollars to the Transport and Ticket Centre at the Magic Kingdom. You could have taken the #111 bus again or walked to Downtown Disney (15-20 minutes I think) and taken Disney transport. On the way back we took the monorail to a Disney hotel where we tranferred to a Disney bus which took us to Downtown Disney. From here we paid about $8 for a cab. These Disney buses are supposed to be for people staying in Disney hotels but we found that we could just jump on anyway. I see what people mean about it being quite difficult to pull in to the hotel sometimes. When coming from Dowtonwn Disney our driver had to drive past and do a u-turn. Var her 9 netter på bryllupsreise. Hovedsakelig for å slappe av, shoppe og oppleve litt. er uendelig mye å oppleve i Orlando så lenge lommeboka strekker til. Lite å klage på hotellet, men maten var lite fristende. Generelt vil eg sei at maten i Orlando var under middels god. Er du litt matsensitiv eller kresen ville eg tatt med meg mat å heller budd […] i leilighet der du kan laga god mat sjøl. Det vil nok me gjør neste gang, om me prioriterer USA igjen. Det går mye i pommesfrittes og du får nesten aldri grønnsaker på tallerken. Hotellet var lsentralt, men itt dumt plassert når man kjører bil. Du kan ikkje svinge inn til hotellet fra begge sider av veien, og må dermed kjøre litt i kø og lyskryss for å kunne snu og komme inn på hotellet. Helt OK hotell att ta till för en övernattning när man anländer sent från flygplatsen och ska vidare morgonen efter. Waffle House ligger precis utanför hotellet för dem som önskar sig en frukost där. Blev förvånad över att städningen var så pass fräsch samt sköna sängar och kuddar.
