"Next to a prison!!"
I didn't like that we were located next to a prison. Not a very nice view from my window, that's for sure. Hotel was not bad for the price and the amount of time spent in the room. Bathroom had hair on floor which is never a good thing and it smelled like something was rotting inside the A/C making the room smell yucky.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I am assuring you that I am addressing all your concerns with my staff and I am making sure my other guest will not experience this issue as you did.Coming to the correction facility which is located at the back side of the property, Let me assure you sir this is the most safest place, As you must have see our lobby door's are open 24/7 and our night staff is operating without any fear. Neverany bad incident took place on our property due to police presence in the neighborhood According to many of my guest they felt very safe.I am assuring you that I am taking care of all your concern and your bad experience at our property and I hope you will give us another chance and let me prove it to you that we have moved to your expectation.

"A Prison!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?"
Ok so when we arrived at 2am check in was fast and the front desk attendant was friendly and waived parking fees that i didnt know they had. She went on to tell me my room was overlooking the parking lot but she forgot to mention I would be over looking a huge PRISON also. Thank God my husband and I decided to travel with out our kids that weekend because […] it was awful. I was restless knowing that I was right next to a prison and the gate had a huge hole in it. The room was out dated and the furniture was broken. It was obvious the sheets weren't changed from the previous occupants when we pulled back the sheet and found dirty foot prints on the sheets. Good thing we decided to bring on own sheets. YUCK!! We notified front desk and no one came up. We were tired so decided to call it a night and hope that someone came in the morning. Well no one ever came. Sleeping in that hotel was a nightmare. The elevator had a foul smell like if something died in there. YUCK. The hotel is right next to the highway which made it easy to travel to and from the parks without needed directions. The bar downstairs is run down and and raunchy however the bartender was attentive and the drinks were very CHEAP... Other that the bar the hotel stay was a total disaster. I will never stay here again not even if they payed me. If I could get my money back I would greatly appreciate it. This was Awful. You truly get what you pay for. Being next to a correctional facility (not a prison), has been an asset for us as we have not had any robberies and purse snatching that tourists have encountered on International Drive.
