"Not happy."
Very disappointed when we found out we could not get a shuttle for our flight early am. We had to pay for a taxi. The main reason we stayed there was for the shuttle. Also, the bed was bad. You rolled to the middle. Really hard to sleep. Outdated hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Family gathering"
Hotel needs to update the outside area and change their light bulbs. There were tiny ants in the bathroom which needs to be exterminated. The seafood restaurant was very noisy at night and if you were trying to get to bed before midnight on the weekend, it was not going to happen. "More like Motel 6 on steroid"
LaQuinta markets itself as a business-class motel, but my experience was more like a Motel 6 on steroids. Yes, it was better than a Motel 6, but I'm not sure it was $40 per night better. I'll be fair: Here are the positives: 1) The bed was very comfortable; 2) It was very close to my off-site rental car company; 3) The free Wi-Fi did work. OK, here […] are the negatives: 1) Even though I asked for non-smoking, all they had left was a smoking room. The attitude of the desk clerk was, "Take it or leave it"; 2) I never felt that the maid cleaned the bathroom adequately; 3) The TV only gets about 12 stations; 4) The waffles for breakfast weren't the ones with those nifty waffle makers -- they were the cheap frozen kind; 5) The motel was booked up the first night I arrived, and even though it wasn't yet 10 p.m., there were no parking spots left -- I was instructed to "park anywhere you can find a space as long as you don't block anyone"; 6) When I checked out, I inadvertently left a jacket in my room. I realized it and stopped by the motel to retrieve it a few hours later. A maid had already figured "finders keepers" and had sent the jacket down to the laundry room to be washed. motel was overbooked so they gave us a smoking room and offered to spray some stuff to deoderize. the place was pretty run down but the location was close to the airport.
