Hotel under construction, Easy to find property, difficult to get to building room was located in. Room was nicely decorated and clean however bathroom lighting was strange and upstairs room flushed their toilet and i woke up and thought someone was in my room. Stayed in this hotel for one night. Went to universal and islands of adventure. Very close to park and restaurants. Room was completely redone and very nice. Front desk guy was extremely kind and nice. Hotel grounds itself were kept in great condition. Only complaint would be the shower having 5 minutes of hot water

Stayed here before and it was just okay. However, this time we was in a remodeled room with our own private patio! The food was much better and the heated pool awesome! The location is excellent too! Will be booking again!

We left our hanging clothes in the closet. The cleaning staff packed them and shipped everything to our house. All of the items were there, it is very refreshing to be treated right by honest people. Everything was good........Just that they are not at all flexible in providing a room an hour early. We drove there all the way from Baltimore and requested an hour early checkin....they made us wait till the last second to get the keys. The front desk people were not courteous.

I really like the layout of the hotel, three pools were in service and heated. Their is a lot of maintenance and construction going on but this is going to be a really nice hotel once done. I was not satisfy with the service, it took 40 min to check in. I went back to the check in desk for questions but got tire waiting for service.

The parking is really bad. The room smelled like smoke and at the check in they had me sign a stateen that if thier was smoke in the room wewould be charged $150 I guess they did not smell my room before giving it to me. I booked the room thinking that the Wyndham name was a hotel that stood behind their name - was I ever wrong. We were assigned the wrong room. We had 4 people and were supposed to have a room with 2 beds. We were assigned a room with 1 bed but it had a fold out couch. The fold out couch had no pillows or blankets and it was extreemly uncomfortable so […] we asked to be switched to a different room which they wouldn't do so we asked for a rollaway bed. They said that they would have to charge us for the bed. After reminding them that they gave us the wrong room they siad that they would bring up the rollaway. We re-requested 2 times and never received it the entire time we were there. The room was dirty, front desk was impossible to reach and the pool was dirty and literally had ducks swimming in it! They asked us to take a 2 hour tour of their other property for reduced price disney tickets. To make a long story short, I lost my son a few months ago and this was a trip to get away with my family and try to enjoy life for a few minutes. When I tried to explain to the saleperson that we couldn't afford their timeshare because I had taken time off of work when my son had passed away they proceeded to send 5 different people over to us to push the sell to the point where I was crying because I had to keep talking about my son and we had been their over 4 hours! I have been to a lot of different hotels and have never been treated with such disrespect. Read more

Completely over priced for the quality and condition of the rooms! The hotel is under construction and renovations are being done to some of the other buildings so parking was very limited. The pool near our room was closed and the other pools were a good walk away if you could find the path amongst the mess.The room was nothing special there was a […] roach in the bathroom, loose tiles in the floor, and the TV was outdated. I have stayed in hotels for half the price that were nicer. The restaurant near the lobby was very nice our waiter was great, food was good too. The bed in the room was comfortable and the location was good although the traffic at the intersection is ridiculous. Maybe after their renovations and construction this place may be worth the money to stay, it looks nice from the outside and has lots of potential. Read more

Nice bed, bathroom, and tv. Small room, under the stairs, doors didn't close shut so cleaning crew left it open, with our belongings inside!....Lucky we came back after breakfast! Cleaning not so clean: change beds and trash but no cleaning the floor. Understaffed at the front desk so, regardless of that one person's desire, you can't be sure your requests […] go through. Long waiting line, and DON'T fall for that timeshare presentation :( The awesome breakfast is a 7eleven packed bagels, juice and coffee, the 2 hours are 4h, and you may actually not get those discounted tickets due to system failure....Got mine but there were people still waiting, with half the day gone...I was told that my hotel was a "budget" hotel and that's why all the issues...so customer service is not an all equal opportunity service! Oh, and the construction site is all over the place, so access to some of the buildings, the pools and so on is your daily exercise. Read more

So glad we were only staying here one night before going to our final destination. We had four people in our party and they gave us a room with a king bed. When we asked why we did not have two double beds as we requested they blamed hotels.com saying when they sent info to them it did not specify what type of room. However the people in line in front […] of us had the same problem and while we were waiting another family of four came in complaining of the same problem. And to top it off the receptionist said they would give us a cot for our room "free of charge". When the cot arrived at 10:30pm it was a twin bed and I asked if we would be receiving another one for my other child. I was told they would check and another cot arrived at 11:00pm. So finally getting to go to sleep we were packed in like sardines with barely enough room to enter the bathroom. The room was clean but seemed old. The one pool was ice cold and tons of debris in the bottom. Construction was right next to our room. Parking was limited due to this. Cars were parked in the grass. Read more

Spent one evening at the resort and found the room to be clean, large, and filled with great amenities. The hotel was convenient to where we had to be. Check in was easy and fast. I would definately stay here again. I was unable to use the resort's pool, etc, but for an evening's sleep it was great.

My room had many problems including a TV that had lines running through the picture, a phone that didn't work, and a fan in the bathroom that was broken and so loud it had to disturb the rooms next to me. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. However the Wyndham was under construction. We woke to trucks and construction noises early in the morning. No sleeping late if you wanted to . The roads were closed and you had to drive all around to get to where you were going. In our room, there was no working coffee maker, no hall light and no hot water the first […] night of our stay. However, when complained, they did fix it promptly. No free WiFi. Although it was clean and a convenient location, I would not book there again. At least not until the construction was over. hotel is in the progress of renovation. Together with friend arriving at the same time, 1 party has to stay in building 9 (already renovated) and the other party in building 16 (not yet renovated). The area is very congested but you are in walking distance of restaurants. We got a terrific deal 20 min. Before arrival although we had king confirmed and only 2 doubles were available. It is a spread-out complex but very clean and well-kept. Comfortable beds.
