"A mixed bag. nice facilities, poor service"
The hotel itself is very clean, up to date, and attractive. Street construction makes it difficult to get to the hotel. Be prepared to loop back on a somewhat confusing detour. Service in the hotel was average at best. Checking in took the longest I have ever seen, in any hotel. (Seriously). The check in person was not being interrupted by the phone, […] other guests, or other staff. He seemed to have no clue about how to handle a Hotels.com reservation, didn't seem very familiar with their system, and frankly, didn't seem to care. The breakfast had standard hotel scrambled eggs, which were sitting a pan with about a half inch of water, so you had to careful to not get scrambled egg soup. "Not Marriott Quality"
Check in was a pain b/c rooms weren't ready, staff seemed frazzled and disorganized. My room was mostly clean, but there were a few large toenail clippings right in the middle of the floor which totally grossed me out. Good breakfast selection.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
