"Ski bowl"
My boyfriend and i stayed here to have a fun birthday to be close to ski bowl. We skied @ ski bowl but the resort was not so extraordinary. It would have been better to stay in government camp b/c its right across from ski bull. It was a nice room. Would be much better in the summer when amenities are avail. Did not get a chance to check out the tub. […] Overall the room was nice but expensive Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not as nice as it seems online..."
The pictures online are very misleading...the rooms are NOT as nice as they appear and the hotel is old and run down. The cabinetry had nicks and scratches everywhere and the carpet had stains. Also, the heating system was SO loud that it woke our baby every time it kicked on through the night. The brunch in the restaurant was nicely priced (only $9.00 […] which included a drink) but it was not plentiful and the eggs were undercooked. The staff in the restaurant wasn't very attentive, either. We had to chase down people to get what we needed. I would only recommend this hotel because of its proximity to Ski Bowl. Otherwise, it is HIGHLY over priced for what you get. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Mt Hood forest retreat"
There is never enough said about being in the foothills of Mt Hood's majesty, location, location, location! The staff here is wonderful, using their kindness and skill to give you every opportunity to enjoy the facilities here. The room was in need of some maintenance (end of the season?) but was comfortable and had a pleasant balcony and view of the […] pool.I found sleeping difficult due to lack of fresh air unless you leave your balcony door open. The air conditioner was noisy so that kept me awake as well.(Next time, earplugs or a stick for the door) The golf course is beautifully maintained and very challenging. The pro in the shop was just that, a PRO! A wonderful getaway spot to clear the cobwebs and prepare for the busy time to come! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Get It Fixed"
Was hoping to utilize the pool area during a 5-night stay this summer. The pool was closed down for three of the five days for cleaning (and re-cleaning) during the premiere weather month in Oregon. VERY disappointed!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Too expensive for what the hotel offers"
Too expensive for what the hotel offers. The place is dark, hidden in between trees. I would expect a more welcoming atmosphere. It's basically a town homes apartment complex. Doesn't feel like being on vacation when you're there.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, bad AC."
Pros: - very friendly and welcoming staff - nice spacious rooms - working desk, complimentary wifi. - comfortable bed - modern room decor. - good location: it's a few minutes drive from the highway. So it's both feel remote and yet it is easy to reach. - if it wasn't for the AC problem described below it was a good value for the money. Cons: - The […] AC units in the rooms seem like they need an update. The AC fan is really loud, and it was incapable of cooling down our room to a reasonable temperature even when we set it to 51F. The night there was long and sweaty, and we didn't sleep much. Boo. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Too expensive for what you get."
Nice place for a vacation. Not so much for a work convention. Too dark, no cell service trails too close to my door to feel relaxing. Too expensive for what you get.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Wedding Party~1"
We were off from the rest off the hotel in the section called the ( Crofts) it's a small group of 9 rooms. We liked that. Rooms are clean, beds are firm which we liked. Bathroom has no counter space. We must have been at the end of the cleaning day, the maid service left there cleaning supplys in the bathroom and no clean towels. It was a nice place […] to stay but I feel a bit overpriced. "four star hotel with three star features"
This is a lovely property. However, the room was to have a cot and it was not there. There were a few bugs in the room. The sill on the shower was even installed backwards so that the water ran down the door and out onto the bathroom floor instead of into the shower stall. Mickey Mouse little things, but when one pays this price, one expects better. On […] the plus side, the opportunity to eat near the first tee by the golfcourse was wonderful and the views are amazing. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. This is a very lovely location and the rooms are nicely done. A bit more attention to detail would help. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"The Resort at the Mountain, Nice but lacking"
Overall, it was a nice hotel experience. They upgraded (?) us from a Resort King Room to a Suite. The extra room was nice (the suite was absolutely huge), but had no fireplace, which is what I was looking forward to. The spa was also very nice, except that the steam room was under renovation and could not be used. The fitness room is very minimal and […] could use more cardio machines. I would stay here again, but would make sure all of the amenities were usable and that I got the room I paid for. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Relaxing Hotel in the Mountains"
The fireplace rooms are large and comfortable. Nice place to light a fire and curl up and read a book or sit on the balcony if nice. Only two disappointments were the dinner in the restaurant (expensive and only fair quality), and they wouldn't allow a one hour late checkout, which meant we had to vacate the room at 7:30am before an early tee time (annoying […] as the hotel was not fully booked the next night).
