I got into the hotel just before midnight. The staff was very professional and helpful getting me checked in. The room was very clean and I could NOT hear my neighbors at all.Breakfast buffet was ready at the adverised time.Nothing fancy but decent food. Hotel is really pretty nice. The staff were very polite and accomodating. Hotel is regularly updated and is clean. The only thing that would have made it better is if the air/heat unit could be repaired to work in the fitness center....and if, they could add a few hand weights in there...that would be great too! "Pet Friendly - Not People Friendly"
We choose to stay at this hotel because it was pet friendly but apparently they aren't people friendly. The lady who checked in my guest was rude and accussed us of not booking for the correct number of guests just because we checked in at different times. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles. They comforter needed to be switched out due to blood […] on it. Hotel needs to be maintained if they wish to stay up with the "new updated" LaQuinta image.
