We were not happy with the registration through your company. When we checked in at 4:00 P.M., we were assigned to Room 100 which shares a wall with the front desk and entry. I complained about the location and requested another room. The woman who was on duty called the manager and we were assigned Room 203 which was o.k. When the woman assigned us […] the second room, she told me that I had better not complain about it because it had a shared walkway on the back. Then a family emergency arose and we couldn't stay in the room after all. I called within the next hour and told the office of the change. The young lady said that she would pass along the information. Why would we pay for rooms that we couldn't use?? Also, when we first checked in, the woman told us there were no other rooms available. My brother checked in shortly after we did, and had no problem getting a room on the second floor. I don't understand the hotel's "policy!" We would like a refund!
