The walk to park gates was a bit inconvenient, but can't complain because it was still within walking distance. Our stay at the Alpine Inn was pleasant. The room was clean and overall acceptable. Although we were on the bottom floor, we had zero issues with noise from adjoining rooms, including the room above us. Parking is less than ideal as the spots are tight and you can't count on other people to be courteous by parking IN BETWEEN THE LINES! The walk is quite manageable to the DL entrance, about 15 minutes. We prepaid for the room when we booked with Expedia and there were no hidden or additional fees when we checked in. We didn't get to the room until after the park closed, about 9pm. Even though the motel had no vacancies, they still had our room since we had prepaid. No issues. We even […] rented a car one evening to go into LA (Alamo in Downtown Disney) and parked at the Alpine overnight. We got in about 11:30pm and there were still a couple spaces left. The room is modern looking with shutters on the windows and no awful comforters;) They do have a frig and microwave. The shower water pressure and temperature were great. They a/c worked great and kept us comfortable all night - didn't use the heat. Also didn't use the TV. Front desk staff attendant was very courteous and helpful. They do have an outdoor pool, which we saw folks in when we came back for a nap one afternoon, but we didn't use it ourselves. Most importantly, the price is so reasonable for a "walking hotel". Quite a bit less than the hotels across from the park entrance. I booked two months in advance for 3 nights and paid $126.76/night including all taxes and fees. Even though I saw nothing about this on their website, they DO have some breakfast snacks available in the front office from 7a-? (packaged muffins, cereal bars, OJ, coffee/tea). Right around the corner from Disneyland. This hotel was nice because you can park your car right in front of your room. Staff was nice and helpful to move us to the lower floor. You can get park passes at the hotel for cheaper than at the park gate. When they come in and clean during the day they turn off the AC so the room is hot when you get back. Its a good hotel for disneyland because its within walking distance. The price is right because youre only there to sleep.

If your looking for luxurious hotel this is not the place for you. But, if your looking for a decent, quiet, and safe place to stay thats not all that ritzy or has all the bells and whistles, then this place is a great value. The pictures on the site show the outer view which looks much better then the inner compound where rooms are located. It is like a typical motel in category of days in or motel 8 but had microwave and fridge in the room.
