I was first impressed with the service when the front desk clerk called up 5 minutes after my arrival to see if everything is ok. I said it was. Then, I found the following problems:1) the sealed glasses and cioffee cup in the cabinet had a brown liquid inside. So i did not use them and there was no disposable cups to use. The bathroom sink stopper […] was broken and the sink did not drain properly. The kitchen sink has some crusty debris on the water filter. The plug on the kitchen counter was loose and my cell phone charger kept falling out of it. I have pictures of these problems and if you would like to see them. Most of the reviews I read were not the same as my experience. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help in every way. The room was extremely clean. There was no outside noise that I heard. The shower was good with lots of room. No unusual smells, except for a mixture of cooking smells and no tobacco smells. Very comfortable bed. There is […] shampoo, but you need to ask for it. The breakfast was sufficient for my needs and the muffins and breakfast bars were packaged and ready to put in your pocket for later. My only wish is that they didn't exaggerate on the distance to Disneyland and the convention center. Read more

Not the cleanest room. This is a bare bones kind of place. The breakfast isn't really breakfast. It's coffee. They had three muffins and a couple pieces of fruit when we went down. We had to go down the street and spend an unaccounted for extra 30 minutes to actually get a decent breakfast (and by decent I mean fast food). The toilet was not cleaned properly. The bed felt like a cardboard box. I could not check in after a long day working because my fiance paid for the room and had not yet arrived. The staff made a good effort to be accommodating in other areas.

the website say d free breakfast but was only min coffee etc.door jams were filthy. mirrors were not cleaned and windows were dirty. the windows opened just fine and was nice to have them. our room had a great southern view but faced the 91 freeway and the freeway noise was loud. we saw the metro link train but it was not noisy. our room had a kit. […] i suggest you bring paper towels and a frypan if your going to cook. they provided two plates cups, bowls and one small pot. a tiny packet of dish soap was it. fridge looked new inside. and they had two ice cube trays in the freezer filled. kit was very clean. room didn't smell. bed was hard. The price is right for what you get at an Extended Stay Hotel. Do not come here expecting the same experience as a stay at a higher-priced property. The rooms at these properties are similar to studio apartments and thus feature kitchens. The bed and pillows are not the most comfortable and reflect the budget price you pay. There is a Starbucks and various fast-food restaurants across the street. Hotel is very basic accommodations meant for an appartment substitute. Small old tv, but has a kitchen and full fridge. Bathroom was clean, bed adequate. Rooms on the highway side noisy. I asked for one by the elevator got one farthest from the elevator. Go for a room facing the front. No decent view. No services. Low price only positive.

The hotel was in the nice area, there's a coffee house in the plaza and several grocery stores within a few miles. The room was neat and comfortable, but beware that the toasters will burn your food unless carefully watched. Here was my issue: The Staff. Upon arrival, the woman behind the check out desk spoke almost no English. Barely (and I'm being […] generous) enough to perform basic check in duties. Her manager was with her behind the counter, but refused to assist me with check in, forcing me to wait several minutes while the woman struggled to assist a customer with a simple question. When it was my turn, the manager physically moved the employee out of the way and told her she was "taking too long" and he "would have to take over now." Then, he greeted me by telling me I looked very tired and that I was not eligible for any room service based on my length of stay, but should I choose to stay longer, he would "see what he could do." I was on the first floor, and 2 hours into my stay, I was annoyed consistently by an employee vacuuming and hitting my door every few minutes. Later in the evening, an employee attempted to gain access to my room, and following a profuse apology, admitted to thinking the room was empty and had no idea I was checked in for that room. Internet is not free. They charge a fee to use it. I called the front desk for the wifi code and was greeted by the barely speaking English employee. 5 minutes later, I had a code and was under the impression from her that your fee covers your entire stay. My credit card statement reads a charge for every day spent in the hotel. This information is not posted in your room or anywhere in the lobby. The front doors are locked after "office hours" end. Should you be out of the hotel after 11pm, plan on having to walk all the way around the hotel to the back door that opens with key access. Also something that is not posted anywhere in the lobby. The pictures looked great on the internet, but that was the extent of this hotels greatness. When I checked in, the 2 people at the front desk did not appear to have ever checked anyone into the hotel before. I asked three times, how to get to my hotel room and they seemed confused and were unable to answer. They finally pointed toward the back, which […] was not where my hotel room was, but nonetheless I was able to find it eventually. The room was ok, but the pillows were lumpy as if they were stuffed with random tshirts. Some of the pillow was as flat as a pancake and other areas were 2 feet thick. Oddly you couldn't refluff the pillow back to a normal shape. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and not once did the hotel staff make my room up the next day. When I finally ran out of towels on day 3, I called to the front desk to see if I could get some extra ones. I was instructed that I had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk and they would in turn give me new towels. I thought they were joking and asked, if I was supposed to simply carry this pile of clothes in my hands to them...the lady at the front desk said, "no, you can come down and get a gargbage bag from us and then put them inside the bag and then bring them back down." The hotel is OK was not cool with the fact that I had to clean myself which is the hotel policy cos I haven't stayed up to one week. The workers are great.
