Hotel is nice. Free parking and we even found a spot at 10pm at night. Walking distance to restaurants and directly across the street from Disneyland entrance. My only concern was that I booked a King size bed on-line and when I arrived the room had two twin beds which wasn't a problem but was not what I reserved. We were quite close to Disneyland and that was the most important to us. We got excellent information at the front desk and had a great time at the park.

We chose this hotel because it was located directly across the street from Disneyland. A quick and easy walk for our 4 kids, ages 4, 6, 8 & 9. The standard 2 double bed room was a bit small for our six night stay, but suited our needs as we spent all of our time inside the parks. The room was very clean and tidy when we returned back every night. One […] day it was very cold and rainy and they left out extra blankets. Every morning there was a complimentary snack bag available in the lobby (granola bar, muffin, apple, water) which we took with us into the park. And one evening the kids watched the top of the fireworks show from the hotel balcony. Room service was great! They responded to our requests immediately. Only downside was that the walls are very thin. I could hear the people next door clearly, even their alarm clock woke me up. But for the price and location, we will definately stay here again. We were not sure what to expect since the hotel was right across from Disneyland but we were pleasantly surprised. The outside of the hotel is a little outdated but the rooms were great. The room we stayed in was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean as well. The hotel staff was very nice.

Overall experience was to expectations, though minor glitches like lift stalling in the morning prove to be a dampener. Staff were generally friendly and proximity to Disneyland is a huge bonus. Our family of 4 found it generally cramped, especially when size of the bed is not even queen for a double bedroom.

Wasn't impressed with the check in. The woman barely said 2 words to us. The room was spacious & clean. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable & clean. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was very accomodating. Another great thing is the rooms come standard with a microwave and refridgerator which is great when you have kids. The only thing is that the room had a kind of odor to it. The odor wasn't too overwhelming but reminded me of a daycare.

We are repeat customers at this Best Western. They are always so very nice and friendly. Most convenient place we have found to stay when we visit Disneyland. Parking our car there and not have to move it while we go to the park is fabulous! Great value!

We had a room on the ground level which was convenient but the parking lot is pretty tight. The room is small and the beds were not firm enough for my sensitive back. Room needs updating but was adequate for us to just go there to sleep and shower. Very convenient to the park with a short walk across the street. We've stayed at several hotels nearby […] before and I rate this as "average"... no free continental breakfast but we had fee wi-fi, fridge and microwave. At check in you get charged a resort fee of about $5.00 a day which is not mentioned anywhere...don't know what that is all about. Read more

If they have parking spaces available in the morning, they allow you to go ahead and park your car so you can walk over to Disneyland and then check in later. I really have only one complaint about this hotel. The towels had long black hairs on them. Maybe the ladies (guys?) who wash and fold the towels could wear hairnets. This hotel is a 5 min walk to Disney, well kept and comfortable. No breakfast, but internet and parking are included in the cheap resort fee ($5/day). I would stay here again.

My family showed up about 3 hours before checkin and the staff kept our bags for us so that we could go across the street to Disneyland. When we returned later that evening our bags had been taken to our rooms...that is service. The two rooms we had were connecting which was great. Great place to stay for families going to Disney. Free internet and parking are a real plus (though the spots are very tight, no suv's). Clean rooms, good ac, everything worked and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Can be at Disney ticket gate in 10 min walk. Hotel elevator is VERY slow so consider lower floors.
