"Decent or the price. Not that impressive."
Man at front desk was not friendly or helpful. Condition on outside made it look like a nice new hotel. Once inside old not kept up well. On site said room had refrigerator it did not and we had a baby and needed to keep milk. Toilet seat was broken in our room and we ran out of kleenex.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good priced Good view for Black Hills"
Okay for the price. Desk clerk was cordial and helpful. Just a couple complaints. Sink and counter were out beside. the inner bed. Bairly able to walk between them and light for that area woke every one up. Not like when it is along the entry hallway to sleeping area. Only one garbage for whole room. "nice view and thats about it"
The staff was friendly and the view from our 3rd floor room was very nice. The room was very old outdated and in bad shape. Big scrapes against the walls furniture had big rips and holes in it. "Find a different hotel"
When checking in we were behind a tour bus group, we inquired about elevators and were told only 1 of 2 were working. we were only able to get one room key as there keys were on backorder. found out that the 4th floor had the ice machine removed, so had to go down to get ice. the rear parking lot was completely unlit so were not willing to park there. […] they had tour buses park in the front parking lot which left little room for passenger vehicles. restaurant was closed so they offered a mediocre continental breakfast which was out of coffee and hot water, had a toaster that needed to be explained to everyone that used it. front desk staff was quite rude. a very disappointing experience.
