I will not use this hotel again! It was not anywhere near the sights I was in South Dakota to see. The hotel personnel were less than pleasant and left me feeling like I was an inconvenience to them. I would not recomend this hotel to anybody. The ice machine in the hotel was broken, the pop machine did not work, and the a/c unit froze up. Overall this […] was not a good experience. "Hotel in Lead, SD"
Got there no one at front desk, waited, waited, then lady over by microwave says be right with you, not "Hi" just be right with you. She was heating up her food, comes back behind counter, says" do you have reservation?, again not Hi or any form of greeting. Then just checked me in and gave me keys.
