I was actually kind of hesitant about staying here, since it was so cheap, and I read some reviews about it being not-so-clean and noisy. We stayed here on a Monday night, so there weren't very many people.As soon as we entered, I could tell that it was an not-so-new place, and it was a little muggy in the lobby, but the lady at the front desk was very […] helpful and very nice EXCELLENT customer service. We went up to the room, and WOW I was pleasantly surprised by the room! It was a lot cleaner than expected, it had a big comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and most importantly, NO BUGS. There were a few stains here and there, but it wasn't too bad. This hotel is in a good spot because there are many stores and restaurants and even a movie theater within walking distance. When we stayed here, though, I tried to use the business center, but they only had one computer and it was taken apart and completely useless, and when we went to explore the hotel, we found much of it under renovation. Otherwise, I am very happy with my stay, and I plan on staying here again. Read more

The staff was rude with a terrible language barrier. Lobby smelt of dirty creek water. Maintenance of the hotel in whole was beyond failing and poor. I made reservations here for a suite, and they booked me for a normal room. I fought for my rights and to no avail, hotels.com had to re book me elsewhere. The worst hotel I had ever been to. Booked this room because the price was fair, was somewhat close to downtown Atl and had a spa hottub. Found it fairly easy, but actually getting to downtown was a series of odd highways and some backtracking. Staff was extremely nice and that was a huge plus. Breakfast was decent, for one that was included. Room was clean and bed was pretty comfortable. […] Hottub was not in service whatsoever, and that was one of my main reasons for booking. Really needed a good soak and was hoping to do that during my mini-vaca. The hotel was extremely outdated with very old decor in rooms (allbeit very clean). Refrigerator in room was dreadful with broken seal, but that wasn't a deal breaker. One could clearly see that this hotel was very nice in its hayday, but hasn't had any updates in many moons. It certainly didn't ruin my stay, but I won't be going back.
