I believe that 15 years ago this hotel was amazing. The architecture and design were beautiful. It is still beautiful now, but dated. The hotel was... clean, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had what we needed. There are not many extras you might find at larger hotel chains. Good value. Wouldn't stay there on my wedding night, but for just about any other purpose where you are looking for good value this place would be it. Staff was good, location was great and breakfast eggs were served to my table and tasted fresh.

Myself and my son was up there for vacatio, we were about 30 mins from the city with traffice. The hotel was a little out dated but it was in the perfect location. There was also shops and resturants near by.

We were very pleased with the Garden Plaza Hotel Norcross. It turned out to be in a very nice suburb (right across from a nice Publix, Target, Panera Bread, etc). The hotel was a bit dated but was much nicer than many inexpensive hotels-- for the price, we DEFINITELY would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

This hotel was great for the price, like the others have stated, it does need to be updated. The bed was comfortable and the housemaids were really friendly. This is a good hotel for someone who will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel, but has activities or meetings during the day. It is very quiet.

Not Bad (Not exactly 5 star as listed). Not as "Modern" as most, but the room was clean. The Front entry needs some dusting. Very dusty structures and walls. Overall I would call it a 3.5 hotel.

Booked this room because the price was fair, was somewhat close to downtown Atl and had a spa hottub. Found it fairly easy, but actually getting to downtown was a series of odd highways and some backtracking. Staff was extremely nice and that was a huge plus. Breakfast was decent, for one that was included. Room was clean and bed was pretty comfortable. […] Hottub was not in service whatsoever, and that was one of my main reasons for booking. Really needed a good soak and was hoping to do that during my mini-vaca. The hotel was extremely outdated with very old decor in rooms (allbeit very clean). Refrigerator in room was dreadful with broken seal, but that wasn't a deal breaker. One could clearly see that this hotel was very nice in its hayday, but hasn't had any updates in many moons. Very quiet with only 40 people staying the night we were there Dec 2th. Recently changed from a Holiday Inn. Very professional staff who helped us with a lost pocket book, they found and returned to us. A little surprised to find a $25 charge on my debit card when I got home.
