Very dirty windows. Had restaurant in hotel but nerver open. No tv In lobby. Hotel is not a place for a family. Had our tv on to 1 am. Front dest called room and said it was to loud. "1960's Horror Movie"
The hotel is extremely old and it has a smell. The elevator made me feel like we we're in a death trap. It looks like a ghost town and the people you see there look questionable. The room looked like I stepped into a time machine, and woke up in a real live horror movie! I wanted my money back but my wife was to tired. The shower head had a huge hole […] in the wall....which looked as though something may be living in there. "Hotel in Atlanta"
Called ahead of time and was told the WiFi worked but it didn't, the hot tub was not working, restaurant and bar was not open in the hotel and was just very unhappy. "Not a Five star Hotel as listed"
They had to change my room because the toilet did not work. The room we was moved to the bath tub did not drain while we took our showers. The inside pool was not clean and the hot tub had green water this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I feel a bit mean as the staff were very friendly but this hotel is at the end of it's life. The hot tub was still and green and we booked for the indoor pool and would have risked our health to use it.
