I had a number of questions prior to my arrival and I could not have received better customer service from the reservation staff during my repeated... calls. Upon my arrival, I was again met with great customer service. The room was clean and well maintained as was the rest of the hotel. We found the hotel location to be convenient for our iterinary. Staff was pleasant. Room & Bathroom were clean. Disappointed that we requested a King-size bed & received a Queen. Would have been okay if the Queen was atleast comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, and we were very comfortable here. We do think it was quite high priced, however, and understand that it was a busy week and weekend in the entire Boston area; thus causing high prices at all the local hotels. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we were to be in the area.

this was just an overnight stop for us since we were in the area to play golf. Got there late and left early. But everything about the hotel was fine. Would definitely recommend it if you need a clean place to stay in this area.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful. Our room could have used a new mattress. Also, the first day we had plumbing problems but they did correct that right away. For the price it was good value. I would probably stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located off of Rte. 3. When I arrived that night the young man and woman working were extremely helpful and courteous. However, when I woke up in the early morning, the older gentleman there couldn't give me the time of day. He acted as if I was disturbing him when I asked for assistance with the computer's printer. He said […] he knew nothing about computers as he was surfing the web himself. He didn't even offer to do assist me in printing out something with another computer. Room 238 had a hole in the bathroom wall. It looked like someone didn't complete fixing a wire that was inside. And the whole hotel had a musty smell. Thankfully I was able to open my room window.
