"Can find a better deal elsewhere"
I didn't know that the room entrences were going to be outside. If I had I would not have booked at this hotel. I brought an elderly mother and asked before hand if there were elevators. There were but there were only 2 and they were located at the far most rear of the hotel and our room was in the front so when using the very small elevators we had […] a very long walk outside to our hotel door. The phone in the room did not work. Had to report that to the front desk. The hairdryer also did not work. Overall, a very cheap place to stay. I would not stay there again. "Going Downhill fast"
The staff at this hotel are awesome, the last two times I have been there there has been cops called to the building for disturbances. It appears to be going down hill rapidly, I dont feel safe there anymore.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't stay here"

We requested a non-smoking room. When we got our bags up to the room we found it to have a very distasteful order of old smoke and was generally a rather depressing room. We brought this to the attention of the clerk, and we were cheerfully and promptly assigned to a new room and upgraded. The new room was satisfactory. The overall upkeep of the facility […] is poor. I was very disappointed in your hotel, when I went to my room it was rather messy and in the bathroom the samples of the products were half used by another customer. I was afraid to touch them.
