Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

I love the location, very convenience but what ruined it for me was that I found (hairs) in my sheets right when i was getting in bed. I was so grossed out. I called desk service to inform about my sheets not clean, she took clean ones to my room which i had to change.

nice enough.Our light had a short in it so it blinked on and off all night,and I was to tired to get up and call maintenance .Towels were kind of old and ratty,needed to be replaced,but they were clean.Room was very clean,and bed was comfortable.I was thrilled I was able to travel with my little dog.

This place was fine but a bit dated. The free food was ehhh, great if you're 8 but otherwise unremarkable. As a place to stay before or after the Grand Canyon it was fine but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. The staff was friendly.

Although check-in was very efficient, we would have appreciated directions to parking, elevators, etc. The evening "happy hour" was generous and much appreciated after a long day of driving. However, we were VERY surprised about the number of dogs in the lobby, the halls, and the rooms. This was our second stay at Drury in two years. In a nutshell, the beds were hard and rattled whenever my sleeping companion (my younger daughter) would toss and turn. The wait for the elevators in the morning were always a 5-10 minute adventure. They have a great continental breakfast available when you can actually get a seat in the dining area. At one point on our way down in one of those prized elevators, we made a stop and an elderly gentleman got on board, looked around with surprise and commented that he was shocked there weren't any dogs. Disappointed in the staff's service. At check in- staff was talking in the back room, I had to interrupt them to sign in. The room had not been vacuumed & it was very noisy all night long. Musty odor in room.

Put me in room 431 right next to a suite room. Didnt notice until it was time to get some sleep that the suite next door had a refrigerator that was extremely noisey and kept me awake half of the night. The road noise also was an issue since hotel is on the main Flagstaff strip. Out-dated, cramped, and with limited facilities. Exercise room is just 4 treadmills; swiming pool so small and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. Convenient location with lots of restaurants & services nearby. Walking distance to the historic part of the city. Breakfast is complimentary, but pretty basis. First, the (very) positive: the room was wonderful. Spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, and two TVs - one in the bedroom itself, one in the "living room". Fridge didn't hum and whirr loudly, and the TVs had a decent range of channels available. Bathroom was adequate size, nothing cramped, but not overly roomy, either. Dual-flush toilet was a nice […] touch. Consumer-grade shower head installed made for a nothing-special shower. The downside was was of the features touted as an upside: the Drury provides "free drinks, cocktails and snacks" between 5:30PM and 7:00PM. What they don't tell you is that since they don't have a bar, just a serving window, your cocktail will come with a side of 4 screaming kids, and a pack of adults who don't care they are running amok. The corridors are also wonderfully wide: plenty of space for maneuvering luggage around, and for hordes of children to test how fast they can run, making as much noise in the process. Breakfast (also free) was a repeat of the cocktail hour experience. And for both breakfast and cocktails, if you're trying to cut down your salt/sodium intake, then don't even bother. Ultra-processed is the name of the game. (Take the free gin or vodka; skip the food.) If you can get this hotel when it's relatively child-free, and are willing to walk/drive for all meals and libations, then you'll get a really nice room... just one that's not worth the cost, because the freebies don't justify it. Overall nice place to stay next to Northern Arizona Univ. friendly staff, great happy hour and breakfast. Only complaint is windows in rooms without a balcony do not open. Makes no sense in a town like Flagstaff with its great air quality. Hotel should rethink window situation.

If you do then this hotel is for you. Rather strange for a hotel to provide for cats, dogs, you name it. Rather disconcerning if your room/bed/couch has been used by a dog, so be warned if animals put you off!

Prettig hotel met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ruime en prettige kamer. Gratis ontbijt en internet. Ontbijt was in zijn soort goed.
