"Stay Away"
Wanted to try a new place in Flagstaff so stayed here - hotel is gorgeous in appearance, but beauty is only skin deep. Room would not cool off, air unit made a noise all night long (loud enough to keep us from sleep), and toilet leaked loudly. No one wanted to fix anything so we left.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not Cofortable"
The most important thing to me is the bed and ours was was hard and very uncomfortable. The room felt and sounded like a prison with cement stucco walls and high ceilings. They also didn't have pay movies which is also a huge inconvience when we want to relax and watch tv without commercials and when we want to watch them. I will not be staying here […] again.
