The address given by Hotels.com was not for the motel where the reservation was actually made. This was very disappointing. The motel was being remodeled and the area was in a state of disrepair . We did not feel good about our stay. Our primary complaint is that we contracted for 2 queen beds and a roll-away. The person at the desk even noted that it was written down by someone reflecting those arrangments. What we received was 2 double beds (that they called queens) and the hotel DIDN'T EVEN OWN a roll-away bed! By the time we arrived, it was […] too late to change to another hotel. We had 4 rooms, one of which was satisfactory. All smelled old. One had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. All drains were super slow. Just hasn't been maintained well or updated since the 70's. Most of the rooms were clean. The young lady at the front desk was great, though.

Cheap rates. Good for a one-night stop over en route to Grand Canyon. Room was clean. Railroad runs nearby so trains could be heard passing throughout the night.

This one is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. 1. The First Room that was assigned to us was not at all made up. It had shoes and clothes of previous occupant. Bed wasnt made up. In short, the whole room was in a worst possible state. So we asked to get another room. 2. The Second room that was allocated stinked and had water dripping from the […] ceiling. Bathroom didnt had good lighting. So we asked for another room, again... 3. The third and the final room was bearable, we were too tired to ask for another room now. The room heater switches were non-functional, only On or Off; cant control fan speed. Heater tempearture control was not working... it used to give, either cool or hot air, no warm air or the one you prefer. TV Remote was not functional. TV reception was not at all clear. The towels provided were kinda rough. Wireless Internet reception so poor that our room which was just across the hotel office/counter and we still didnt receive connection. I saw people at the office lobby with their laptops to access internet. In short, for me this has been a very unpleasant and disappointing stay. Not recommending. Read more

Well, it's a cheaper hotel that is somewhat old. The price was right...and with it comes the usual smells, stains, cigarette ash behind dressers, cobb webs in the bathroom, etc. As long as you close your eyes and wear protective gear...it's all good!

Property is and older hotel, but well maintained. The pool was closed so the kids were bummed. Other than that great hotel and a great value. Try Hawgs for a good inexpensive breakfast in the morning.

Would not let my enemy stay here. Very hard to find the hotell. No pool, no cleaning, the breakfast was terrible - no coffee, no bread, no were to sit and so on. The train and street you hear all night. The room smelled terrible. Do not book this hotell!!

Clumsy accommodations, lousy breakfast. If you only need to crash for a single night and you are alone this hotel might be right for you. However you must also be a deep sleeper because 300 feet to the south cargo trains pass every 15 minutes. Don’t go with your family. The pool has been covered and none functional for many months.

We had reserved ahead for a king size bed and were given a queen. The motel is located across the street from train tracks and the trains run about every 30 min all night long. For the money, I would suggest someplace else.

It was difficult to find this hotel even on a GPS! Once we found this downgraded dirty rooms hotels we were very tired and just wanted to sleep a night. Beds were very very basic and old( worn ). The room smelled like smoked in was not pleasant. For the price this was expensive.

While in Flagstaff, we stayed at two different travelodges. Both hotels were old, shabby, and poorly maintained. The Pools for both were closed. In the case of the second travelodge, this one in particular, the room was small and smelled horribly of stale urine. I will never again stay in a Travelodge hotel.
