"The Manager is one sad individual"
The door to my room didn't close, wind was blowing through the bottom and the ether net did not connect. I needed web connection for my reports for work. The Manager said his rooms were sold out when I only saw 4 vehicles in the parking lot... he wanted to up sell to get me into another room. "Exactly what I needed for my business trip"
My stay was very comfortable. Due to health concerns I needed a room with heat and although days were warm I felt chilly in the evenings. The staff were very accommodating to my needs and made sure the temperature was very comfortable. For some reason there was no coffee pot in my room and no bath mat outside the shower. The 'manager' was rude and unhelpful. I arrived a bit early and was told his comp wasn't gonna turn on until the exact check in time so I had to leave and come back. He spoke down to me the entire time as if his hotel was something special. All this while he was on an inappropriate cell phone conversation.. Haha.. Rude and mean. "Disappointed"
This motel is straight out of the 50s and hasn't been updated since. The towels were so old and ragged we weren't sure if they had ever been washed. Torn and frayed and grey. Originally they were white. Same for the bedding.Sheets didn't fit as well as were also grey from using .Breakfast was suppose to be served in the am but we checked in around 3pm […] and the mess hadn't been cleaned up from the morning. We asked for a wake up call and they assured us it was in the computer to call us. It never rang and we were glad we had set our phone alarm as I was due for surgery that morning and that is something one does not miss.All in all I do not have anything nice to say about this place.we will never stay there again. "Cheap hotel close to NAU"
This hotel was nice, the air worked very well and a fridge and microwave is provided free of charge. They do not have a pool. The only outlet that worked as one by the bed which was not convenient when curling my hair because I could not use the mirror in the bathroom or bedroom.
