well I thought my first stay I had a fridge and microwave, but did not have one on second stay. other than that, stay was just like first time got in late and left early. worked great for me!!

Im not picky about where I stay but this hotel must either have been recently remodelled or I got one of the good rooms. Nothing fancy but great value for a night.breakfast is subpar and water took a while to become hot but good value at 40 a night.

The front desk agent, Kevin, was very personable, and offered several suggestions for things to do and dining options, and he let me check in a couple of hours early. The hotel was clean and comfertable. when I arrived they had no record of my stay, but did accept my copy of my confirmation and set me up with a room I had requested. I only have one complaint about the room I was in. The AC was being blocked by a couch that was in front of it, so cool air was not being blown around the room. The couch was way to heavy to much and also not any room to move it to. Other then that, the room was good.

I needed a clean room/bed/bathroom for 1 night while visiting my daughter at NAU....and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel fit the ticket. There wasn't any "street appeal" but once on the property, I was ok with my room.

This hotel was nice, the air worked very well and a fridge and microwave is provided free of charge. They do not have a pool. The only outlet that worked as one by the bed which was not convenient when curling my hair because I could not use the mirror in the bathroom or bedroom. After reading the reviews I had expected a lot worse room and experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Check in and out was easy and person was friendly. It looks tired and a little shabby from the outside but the staff were very helpful and caring, wanting to make my stay as good as possible.
