"quick weekend with friends"
The hotel was clean and well maintained - pool and spa were exceptionally clean. The room and breakfast were about what I expected. Having stayed in this town previously I would say this one is a bit off the beaten path and I feel like it was a bit pricey considering it wasn't much of an upgrade over some of the other hotels I've stayed at.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Exactly what I expected"
We picked this hotel because of the price and only the price. Best Western has never disappointed me in the past and this time was no different. The room was small but we didn't visit Flagstaff to sit in the hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The woman at check in was less than friendly but everyone else we came across who worked […] there was nice. The breakfast room was better than expected too. The only disappointing thing about the hotel was the pool. They boast about an indoor pool which we were excited about. What they don't mention is that the pool is in another building, separate from the hotel. So yes, we could've gone swimming but we would've had to walk back through the cold and snow, dripping wet, to get back to our room. So we skipped the pool. "Everything except the bed and breakfast"
Stayed 2 nights. Service was solid including breakfast, but food was weak, standard cont. with some cold biscuits and hot sausage gravy.
