"Nice stay"
The room I had was in a corner with views of 2 sides of the hotel (walls only) and when I cracked the window for some fresh air I found it to noisy. I'd stay again, but not in the room I had.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good Little Hotel - Excellent Value"
I would have given this all ratings of 5, but a few minor issues marred my two bookend visits to the hotel (I stayed for two days, left, and returned for another two). Upon arrival the first time, I was given the key to a room that was propped open with the deadbolt latch. Having traveled all day, it was an annoyance and (unfortunately) the first impression […] I received. Made me skittish about safety and security at the hotel. On the second visit, I booked two single night bookings through a third-party website. On the morning of the second day, I went to the front desk and reminded them of this, and was assured that everything was "set to go." As I anticipated (I spent 12 years in international hotel management), when I got to my room at 10pm, after 13 hours of work and driving, I discovered my key was no longer functional. They had to check out the first reservation and check in the second, rendering the key useless. It's the little attention to detail like this - even with my prompting the Desk staff - that makes a difference. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. Great location, very clean, good facilities, nice basic bath amenities. I didn't spend much time out of the room using the public space or F&B outlets, so can't comment there... Good value. "Nice hotel"

"nice room decent price"
I was on an overnight business trip- alone and needed a quiet safe place to rest up and study for the evening. That's exactly what I got. Service was excellent. Room service was very quick and reasonably priced. Food was good. Staff helpful and friendly. Exactly what I expected from a respected hotel chain. Location was close to the main drag but far […] enough removed to be quiet. Very easy to find and adequate parking. Service to help with luggage would have been nice as I had some heavy books withme but it was okay. Forgot my toothbrush and one was sent up in about 2 minutes. "Not close to anything, Restaurants or University"
I called the Hotel the night prior to my arrival to request a early check in I was told that would be fine and noted for the incoming staff, I concluded my business at the University and made a call to the hotel to ensure that my reservation instructions had been delivered. I was told that there was no information about my early arrival and that I would […] have to wait until a room was available, the attendant told me she would call me on my cell phone, that was around 930 a.m. I told her I was pretty exhausted and if she could let me know as soon as possible. I drove around the Flagstaff area for approximately 2 1/2 more hours, I called back again and she told me again there was no room available. I arrived at the hotel at 12:45pm and had to wait 20 additional minutes for a room. I was tired, and upset when she finally gave me the keys. I also requested a late check out I saw the attendant at the front desk write my information in a log book for the incoming staff. He asked if 2 pm was alright to check out and I said yes, at 1pm the next day the housekeeping department called my room and asked if I was staying longer, I told them No and that I had requested a late check out and her response was "No one notified her of my late checkout". Though our official check-in time is 4pm, we do try to accommodate early-check-in requests when we are able. When we are busy, especially going into the summer months, this becomes very difficult and we should make it more clear when asked that we cannot always accommodate an early check-in request. We will make every attempt to be more clear about what we can do in a timely manner as well as to communicate more internally regarding guest requests such as late check outs.

The hotel is centrally located if you are in Flagstaff for leisure. I was there for business, and the business was located 5 miles to the east on rt. 66. That was disappointing. In addition I was also disappointed when the hotel did not offer a free continental breakfast. I had to be at work at 6:30 making dining at the restaurant difficult. Luckily, Flagstaff is small enough that even if your business is located on the East side of Flagstaff, it is typically a short commute. Though we don't include breakfast in our standard rates, we do offer a breakfast inclusive package that is available to book online and we also have room service for those needing something quick before an early meeting. We try to accommodate requests to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible.

"Worth the One Night Stay"
This Radisson is very nice and is conveniently located. Easy check-in, free parking, and free wifi were all pluses. The only thing I would have liked would have been some sort of complimentary breakfast (but then again I was late getting out the door, so I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it anyways). This was also my first experience with a Sleep Number […] bed, which was actually quite pleasant. The only thing was that the bed was not properly plugged in; once I plugged it in, I was ready to go...or not go. "Perfect Stay - Best Area"
A perfect little hotel. Not central to downtown, so no noise. No heavy traffic in the area. I stay at this hotel once a month when I go to Flagstaff for business, and they have never let me down. Overall, the Radisson Woodlands was a nice place to stay while visiting Flagstaff. "Areas to relax"
I guess it's not a conplaint really we just didn't find enough places to sit outside and enjoy the cooler weather. I'm from Phoenix. The pool was packed and the restaurant didn't have outside seating. I had hoped to just sit and read a good book and doze int he shade.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I don't like sleep number beds, so the woman who checked me in very easily found me a room with a normal mattress. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only down side was that they obviously don't have good wireless routers on the third floor of the south tower because the signal was so low that I couldn't even connect to it.
