"Hampton Inn stay..."
Pros: Service was great, staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool was heated and indoors. Served breakfast. Fireplace. Location was nice. Oh, also the Internet. "FLAGSTAFF First Timer.."
The room was clean, the pillows could be more varied or fuller, but, otherwise, Hampton Inn if nothing else is consistent. You know what you are getting and it is good. The quality of service upon checking in was by any means exceptional. The young man at the desk was very helpful and very interested in our needs for dining and his suggestion was spot […] on. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn, good, if not getting boring. Infuse some local spirit into it, please. The location of the hotel if good and not bad to get to if you believe and follow the directional street signage. "Great Hotel"
This hotel is a little older and the parking is almost non-existent. Yet, we always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly and the hotel is close to everything we need. There is a walmart, olive garden, gas station, Kohl's and much more less than 5 minutes away. They also offer a great complimentary breakfast which is better than what some hotels […] charge for. "Great stay!"
Our room was clean and well supplied with linens, glasses and such. there was never a problem getting additional glasses if needed. They were delivered right away. This was a very nice stay and convenient. The breakfast was great. I read a review that the breakfast was not worth it...wrong-o. We left not wanting anything. This hotel is in a great location. It is right next to quite a few stores and restaurants. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool/hot tub is indoor and was nice for the kids. "Too Close to Highway"
This hotels is very comfortable with very nice features at a fairly high price for the area. It is located very close to the interchange of I17 and I40. Aside from the room mix-up, which was not a big deal, the major complaint was that there was only one elevator for an entire wing 5 stories tall and it took forever for it to go up and down. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The beds and pillows were a little softer than I like but they were comfortable. The room looked […] clean but did find hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine. My fault for not asking, but when the whole family stays we need that outside the bathroom vanity so one can shower while others do hair and makeup and there was none. Then to try to make up for it and do our hair in the room we couldn't find outlets close to a mirror and the lighting in the bathroom was not very good for putting on makeup.
