Customer service was great! Bed and pullout sofa were uncomfortable, but rooms were clean. Good breakfast, but a little crowded and disorganized! Booked a room with a fireplace, but didn't know they required real logs! "Good hotel for families...but small living space."
The suites were smaller than what I expected. Although the breakfast was substantial..they did offer eggs, sausage and fresh waffles, not just the typical continental spread...the dining area was small and overcrowded. "Don't expect breakfest!!"
Breakfeast was terrible. They ran out of food 35min before it was to end. They made more but it wasnt ready till after ten. "quiet location"
While I loved the staff and service, the room itself left a lot to be desired. It is way past time to gut the rooms and redecorate. There was grunge around the bathroom baseboards, the tv was old and small and the bed was smaller than normal.
