"Under construction"
Stayed here because of the indoor pool our kids could use. I called hotels.com to be sure pool was operational. They said it was. No one warned me the dining area was under construction so my family had to take the complimentary breakfast to our small room and eat. This would have been a lot less of a big deal if I had been warned of this. I think hotels.com […] should have explained this at the booking. This information was conveniently omitted.
