I thought my stay was just great ! Upmarket Holiday Inn with friendly, smiling staff, fresh clean rooms. I have stayed here extensively over the last three years, but the hotel appears to be in decline. just finished a three night stay there - Two of the three elevators not working. Overall it met my requirements for a business stay over. The rooms was very clean and the bed was very confortable. The restaurant in the hotel was nice and within my price range and food range. The only problem I had was accessing the fitness room. I was not sure if it was include with the room cost. I did peek into the room and only saw bikes and […] treadmills. If I was able to get in I has hoping to see a equipment to do bench press. It would be nicer if the room had a small fridge, microware and a better coffee maker with better choice of creamer. Since it is a business trip, I sometimes stay late to address work issues and might want something cold (Yorgurt, ice cream, orange juice) or hot snacks or left over. I've stayed a number of places in S California and this hotel rates highest for being business friendly. The internet access is free and very easy to access; parking is good; the hotel rooms are definitely designed for the business traveler. There is a great restaurant just across the street. Building is "dated", all TV programs had to be paid for including local channels @ $5.00 per 2 hour viewing time. "Cheap", very cheap- I have stayed all over the world and never paid for local TV.
