While we enjoyed our stay...we all felt that the overall price was a bit too high considering there was still such a substantial parking fee that was not included. The farmers market set up right below our window was definitely not the view we were looking for. The service however was exceptional and the room was very clean and comfortable. The valet […] was extremely friendly and efficient. Loved the warm Christmas decor as well! Thank you for making the night memorable, and would like to stay again, hopefully just at a better rate with a better view. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great stay in the heart of Boston"
Stayed two nights and the location is fantastic. The view from the balcony over looking Faneuil Hall is really nice during the Christmas season. Hotel is across the street from the freedom trail so that's nice for historical touring. Subway access is close and cabs can get you where you want to go all over Boston. Also, the North End is within walking […] distance to some of the best food you'll ever eat. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed here for 3 days to meet family for Thanksgiving. It could not have been a better location to reminisce the good old times we spent in Boston. Quincy Market, Hay Market, North End, Chinatown, Boston Garden, Copley Square, and Newbury Street are all within short walks. Hotel offered coffee & hot cider as well as a cozy area where we relaxed […] and chatted with families. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and had a wonderful view of North End and Bunker Hill. Staff was helpful to fix a key problem. They always greeted us pleasantly and opened the doors for us. The only negative was that valet parking was more expensive than Time Square, New York City. We stored the car at Government Center Garage which was a couple of blocks away with one third the cost. It would have been an issue if we had run into heavy snow. "First Class all the way"
Gorgeous hotel with extremely friendly staff. From the cozy fireplace burning in the lobby, light jazz, and complimentary hot apple cider to the beautiful room and comfy bed...I never wanted to leave!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the hotel is way overpriced. The rooms have that old smell despite they have being renovated. For the price there a lot much better hotels nearby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Stay and Close to Everything"
Went up for a weekend in Boston. This hotel is right in the middle of everywhere you'll want to go. With Quincy Market across the street and Hanover street a 3 minute walk away it was perfect. The room we stayed in had a wood burning fireplace and the hotel staff came and lit it for us. It was a nice touch and something you don't find in most hotels. […] The staff were friendly and very helpful. If I had to pick something that wasn't amazing I'd say the layout of the bathroom could have been better. The toilet was almost right up against the shower. It was a little tight but otherwise, a large roomy bathroom space. Nice shower and decent towels. I would come back and stay here again. It was worth the price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

we stayed at the Millenium after a concert at TD Garden. We very much enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that wi-fi was not offered for free. Other than that, was excellent!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice spot, great service"
the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. My room was amazing (it was the 8th floor suite), but therewere remnants of a previous visitor in the room. champagne corks, wrappers... made mention of it to the staff on the way out. no big deal. they appologized.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

For our first trip to Boston this hotel was perfect. Easy to get anywhere. Close to restaurants, harbor and public transportation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Closee to North End, Wharf, all transportation."
The staff were extremely friendly and service oriented. Andrew, who is one of the hotel doormen, took it upon himself to provide personal attention throughout the 5 day stay. Room #735 in the corner, provided a fabulous view of Faneuil Hall and had lots of windows, and a balcony. The air conditioning was very loud, but that was the only small issue […] and the maintenance man even came up to try to resolve, but it is an older building which has been restored over the years. We will definitely stay here next visit as it is much more convenient than the hotels in Copley Place and Back Bay. Don't pay the high price for breakfast at the hotel - a 5 minute walk to the North End provides great breakfast diner options and the food was amazing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"There couldn't have been a more central location"
Loved, loved, loved the Millennium Hotel. The location can't be beat. We had a suite with balcony over-looking Quincy Market. I had read reports that complained about the outside noise but we found that the noise was markedly blocked with the balcony doors closed and we didn't hear a peep from any neighboring rooms. I suppose if one is accustomed to […] complete silence at night the noise of the market place might be an issue but the comfort of the room and the sound insulation level was enough to please this small city girl. We could easily walk to the North End restaurants, the market place, government center, Freedom Trail and Boston Harbor within minutes. There was a lovely farmer's market right outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did pay for valet parking but most hotels in the city charge for parking. It would have been nice if internet in the room was complimentary but we used my phone service's hot spot to access the internet through my laptop. It also would have been nice to have ice machines on each floor, but ice was delivered in a timely manner when we asked for it. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient. Yes, the rates could be pricey and it would have been nice to have access to a pool and or hot tub, but it was worth being in the center of everything. I would not hesitate to book again. Enjoy. There was mold in the shower. It seemed as though the floor hadn't been scrubbed in quite some time. The room was dusty. The view off the patio was amazing and the staff were pleasant. Their concierge personnel were Amazing!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel, close to very busy area"
The hotel room was VERY nice. The location was within walking distance of a ton of things. If anything was negative, it was a bit loud due to the activity outside the hotel. Maybe it was a little too close to all of the action? It was quite expensive, but that is a given for the location and time of year.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, wonderful stay"
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, staff very friendly, very comfortable bed and spacious roomGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was less than a block away from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. We basically spent the entire time going back and forth from the room, to the market, eating every kind of food that we can't get back home. Our balcony view was on the 3rd floor and it was great to people watch. The hotel itself was immaculate. We only had to open the door for […] ourselves once (the doormen were very attentive). "Review- 3 star property"
Scratchy sheets, uncomfortable bed that felt like a pull out couch, not a 4 star property. Room was sweltering, ac required to be turned on and still warm in winter. Room dusty.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location to local sites and entertainment."
A little pricey but extremely convenient. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent is all respects. Valet parking was a bit steep, especially with tip added but its worth the extra cost if you expect to take your car in & out for side trips. In house restaurant was very good. Best Caesar salad in a long time. Nice extra touches. […] However there was no Continental breakfast or coffee included. Great site if you want to be in the center of everything and are willing to pay for the convenience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Can't Wait To Go Back!"
This was our second time staying at this hotel and hopefully not our last. The rooms are comfy and clean and the location can't be beat! We did the North End, Quincy Market and took in a game at the TD Center. All were easily walked. Love this place!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location! Location! Location!"
We had a great time. Millennium Bostonian is located in the heart of everything. Staff was helpful & attentive. Five minute walk to T line, Hanover Street and directly across the street from Faneuil Hall. Only negative is that our room had a skylight. Not a terrible thing but... it leaked one morning when we had a heavy rain and, it allowed a pretty […] significant amount of early morning light into the room. Not ideal for anyone wanting to sleep in. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was very good we loved that it was close to the seaport and the Fanueil Hall/Quincy market area. There is music and noise from the area but it should stop at 10 if not, call the front desk and you can have them go over and end it. The building is old but completely renovated, there were however, 5 stairs down into the room so if you are handicapped […] or otherwise impaired be sure to indicate that. The staff was very helpful and the valet parking is good. You are also a short walk from the Italian restaurants in the North End and we got an excellent recommendation from the young woman at the front desk. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent location for leisure-time visitors"
Other than a strong cigarette odor in the bathroom the first evening -- for which the staff attempted to locate a source -- our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly, responsive and prompt, and seemed to be genuinely interested in the customer. This attitude was also exhibited by the staff at the affiliated restaurant (North 26). The hotel […] is (literally) a few steps from Quincy Market and is within easy walking distance of many cool taverns, restaurants and historical sites. You can find somewhat better prices elsewhere, but you will not beat the location or service. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Extremely clean hotel and friendly staff! Location was ideal, a short walk across the street landed you at Fanieul Hall and the waterfront. "1st Class and Great Location"
Our weekend getaway was that much more spectacular based on our experience at the Millennium Bostonian. From the convenient location right across from Faneuil Hall and a short walk to the North End or the Harbor to the comfort of the rooms and lobby plus the exceptional service, I think I've never had as positive of a hotel experience - and I'm a frequent […] traveler. The concierge's recommendations for dining spots were tailored to our preferences -- he clearly listened and the refreshing afternoon lemonade in the lobby was a nice touch. There are multiple T stops within a short walk of the hotel and I arrived from Logan for less than three dollars. Overall just a wonderful place to stay in downtown Boston. "Fabulous Boston location"
This hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. Walking distance to Quincy Market/Fenuil Hall, the North End and the waterfront. All great places to see and experience. My only complaint is about the in room refrigerator. There is no space to store any thing you may want to keep cold like drinks or leftovers […] from a restaurant. It only holds what is available to purchase from the hotel and is wired so you can't move things around without being charged. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Beautiful and Centrally Located"
I absolutely loved the hotel and friendly staff. It is centrally located and lots of things are within easy walking distance. My only complaint is that there was a lot of street noise that wasn't filtered out even with the windows closed. Soundproofing between rooms seems to be good. Overall it was a great place to stay and I recommend it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Amazing location - Ridiculous $45 parking fee"
While the Millennium is a clean, though dated, hotel in the most perfect location in North Boston (next door to Quincy Market / Fanueil Hall and blocks away from the incredible North End -- do not miss cannollis at Modern Pastry and rum cakes/saviolas at Mike's Pastry while you're here), they charged us a ridiculous parking fee of $45 which rendered […] this stay a far lower value than initially considered. If you have no car then this is a good spot to say, if you do have a car then park it elsewhere and walk tot the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location for walking to sights"
Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at the Millennium Bostonian. It was our first trip to Boston and the location of the hotel was great for walking to Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and shopping. We actually walked to Boston Common, that may be a little far for some but the weather was perfect and we enjoyed the walking. The bed was […] very comfortable, the cleanliness of the room was average, the bathroom mirror was dirty, there was dirt and dust in the corners and on baseboards. We were most unhappy with the housekeeping. We would leave our room around 9-9:30 and return at 4-5 and our room had still not been cleaned. We also booked our room as a standard king room and we weren't expecting a posh suite with great views, but we didn't expect our view to be and alley looking into a dumpster either. On our first morning there, I was in the bathroom getting ready, my husband walked in and informed me there was a man relieving himself in the alley if I cared to see.....umm, no, but thank you. Although, this hotel is not a perfect 5 (are any of them?), the location is great and we would definitely stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nickel and Dimed"
While the hotel was in an ideal location, that's about the only kind thing I can say. My fiance and I arrived for an overnight stay to celebrate his birthday. We arrived a few minutes before noon. When we pulled in to the driveway/courtyard, we were greeted by the valet. We left the car and proceeded into the hotel. Our room was not ready, which was […] fine, so we dropped out bags at the front desk. The attendant told us our bags would be delivered to the room once it was ready. Hours later, we returned. Our bags were not in our room, requiring them to be delivered (and a tip to be paid). We were disappointed in the array of bath products - they were cheap and poorly packaged - not at all up to the standards of a hotel of this level and cost. We had limited cell phone access in the building and decided to check on wifi. Of course, this hotel charges for wifi. Who does that anymore?! We went to check out the next morning and on top of the expensive parking fee was an additional fee for "early check-in". I queried the front desk staff about the charge and was told it was standard when arriving before normal check-in time. I reminded her that we did not "check in". We had our bags held at the front desk. While the location is convenient, it's not worth the price you will pay for every. last. thing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
