"Unclean Bathroom and Poor Transportation"
When we arrived, the woman sitting at the desk did not greet us or welcome us to the hotel. She simply asked "name?" It was very rude, as this was the first time we had arrived. The bathroom trash bin was not cleaned out--there was a sanitary wrapper sitting on the rim. Also, the room was uncomfortable--blankets were thin, no comforters even though […] it was the middle of winter. We were told there was a free shuttle from the hotel to North Station. liked the location. Main complaint: I burnt something in the micro and fire alarm went off. Very loud. I called front desk to say all is ok. Couldn't get an answer and finally alarm went off. "Great place for everyone"
my friend and i stayed here at short notice. We wanted cheap accom but with graduation week most places were fully booked. We decided to stay here for a little more than we wanted to pay because of its location to the cdb and because it looked like an inviting place. we had our bicycles with us so it was only a short 5 minutes over the bridge to be […] in all the action. and at night it was very quiet having no neighbors and no traffic noise. the surrounding area is very colonial and pleasant. the building its self is fantastic and the ymca facilities make it a fantastic place to stay. if you can get past the slightly odd, but quite lovely front office staff, this old navy yard is fantastic. Its near the start of the trail that goes throughout downtown Boston hitting all of the historic sights, everything was within walking distance. "Recommended, with reservations"
We recently stayed here. Some notes: 1) No air conditioning (or at least none that is guest controllable) 2) If you understand that you're staying at the YMCA, don't mind cinder block walls, and don't mind a very institutional feel, you'll be fine. "Good price, decent location"
Room was huge, comfy bed and good TV. Location was fine once we worked out the timetable for the ferry, which only took 10 minutes to get us over to the Aquarium area. Det er lidt af en tilsnigelse at kalde det et hotel, det er nærmere et vandrehjem - der står også YMCA over indgangen. God rengøringsstandard. Ett prisvärt boende. Vi var två familjer som bodde här. Städningen i badrummet kunde varit bättre på vårt rum, men för övrigt var det helt OK. Sängarna var mycket bekväma. Badrumsfläkten lät dock väldigt mycket, mer än den i våra kompisars rum. De hade i stället större problem med städningen och första natten fick de en! stor säng till tre vuxna!!, […] men det ordnade sig resten av veckan. De flesta av personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi promenerar alltid mycket när vi besöker nya platser, så detta läget passade oss bra. "Buen Hotel"
Es un hotel razonable con buena relación calidad precio. No fui ni al Gym, ni a la pisicina que supuestamente tienen. Los empleados son agradables y el hotel correcto.
