"Average hotel in great area."
The hotel staff isn't very helpful and you shouldn't expect them to go out of their way to help you or answer questions very thoroughly. Rooms were clean, if not a little small and outdated. Great towels, but unfortunately not much hot water! No parking on-site, and the parking garage several blocks away is cash only (which wasn't mentioned anywhere […] and none of the staff indicated when I asked)! For a hotel so close to the airport without on-site parking, I'd expect a shuttle service, but none exists. This hotel is fine if you don't expect much in amenities or service. "Close to Downtown"

"Bargain"
This was a great bargain and I'm glad I found it. Neighborhood a little sketchy. Not far from downtown but not easily accessible by public transit. Cabs don't take credit cards unless you ask the desk to call a Boston cab, which they will do. "Great price, get what you pay for"
The price was very good for a Boston hotel. Location was a bit dark at night without convenient access to the T. I am a business traveller, so it wasn't a very convenient spot at all. The hotel is dated. Had some trouble with the toilet during my stay (though it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time). One elevator, which was slow so had to wait. "Best for the bucks"
This is a Greater Boston YMCA. However, it functions like a small hotel with guests and staff you would find in a 2-3 star hotel in any city. Safe. Room was clean and refreshed daily with soaps, toiletries, towels, etc. No bugs. Will stay there again. "Do not stay here."
I have never paid so much to live in a place that was such low quality as the Constitution Inn. The rooms had cinder-block walls and the whole hotel had the feel of a low-budget youth hostel. The beds were uncomfortable and had no blankets on them--only a sheet and a thin comforter. The hotel had an overpowering smell of cleaning product. We only had […] hot water on the first day of our two-night stay at the Constitution Inn, and aside from the USS Constitution museum, there were no attractions or reasonable public transportation nearby. Finally, when we needed to leave our bags behind the counter after check out for a few hours, we found that they left our bags unattended in a room with an open door so that other patrons could go in and out. Although our suitcases did not appear to have been opened while we were gone, the room was far from secure. In short, our stay at the Constitution Inn was overpriced and disappointing. "Excellent location"
The location of the hotel is excellent. I love to walk when travelling and the hotel was at a perfect distance from downtown Boston. "Very good stay"
We were surprised with the quality of the room. We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel staff very nice. The room was very new and was fully equipped has shown in the pictures. Nettes Hotel mit guten Standards. (Free W-Lan, Fitness etc.) und gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist interessant, daher sollte man sich den Fährplan für die F4 Fähre downloaden, dann kann man stressfrei eine atemberaubende Überfahrt nach Downtown genießen (Leider fährt die Fähre nur bis 20:00 Uhr). Cet hôtel est une YMCA de qualité (chambres privatives) dotée d'un salle de sport (avec piscine et sauna je crois) gratuite. WiFi gratuit non sécurisé, accueil convivial essayant de répondre gratuitement à vos besoins, chambres équipées d'un frigo, d'un micro-onde et d'une cuisine (mais sans ustensile). Un peu excentré mais à 15min du métro ou 5min […] en navette (gratuite, elle passe toutes les 5min) et dans le quartier historique de Charleston, à 3min de l'USS Constitution et du célèbre Freedom Trail.
