It was indeed great services tthrough out our stay though we had few issues, one we were denied to change one of our rooms to twin bed claiming the hotel was full when it was not !!!! ( we realized this when a fire vacuation took place early morning and found out there were very few guests in the entire hotel. チェックインの際、フロントの方の対応でホテルの見方が決まりますがとても親切でした。 チェックイン後にウェルカムドリンクの中国茶を頂けるという素敵なおもてなしです。 どちらでウェルカムドリンクを頂けるのか英語が理解出来なかったが、先にお部屋に通してもらいました。１０分〜１５分ほど経つと、ポータが荷物を運んできてくれます。とても丁寧に部屋の設備を説明してくれます。数分にわたり説明されて、説明終わりと同時にウェルカムドリンクが運ばれたので、きっとタイミングを合わせていたのでしょう。 ウェルカムドリンクの中国茶は丁寧にポットから注いでもらえます。中国茶は独特な風味ですが、旅行疲れの身体を癒してくれる美味しさでした。 ３人１部屋・２つのベッドを利用したのですが、エキストラベッド追加する場合は追加料金が […] かかります。しかし、部屋・ベッドも快適な広さだった為、１つのベッドに２人使用しても苦痛ではないと思われます。１つのベッドを２人で使用されるのを気にされる方は、ソファーもあるのでそのソファーを使用して寝れないこともないです。ソファーはマンダリンのマークの扇子型なので少し寝づらいかもしれません。 風呂は、シャワールームと別ですのでゆったりと浸かることが出来ます。風呂の側にはバスソルトが用意されていました。バスソルトも中国茶同様アジア独特の香りがしましたがとても癒されます。体重計も用意されていてバスルームに対して申し分ありません。しかし、歯磨きセットやシャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープ・ボディクリームは１セットしか用意されていませんでした。申し分のないホテルなのになぜ１セットしか用意されていないのだろう。 トイレはバスルームの中の更に奥に個室で用意されいます。寝室からは遠いので、快適に利用出来ます。 数時間に１回、部屋の掃除の有無や無料の水の補充有無について訪ねてくるほどサービスの品質はとても高いです。 レストランを利用しましたが、サービス・味とも申し分がありませんでした。 タクシーを利用して観光をお願いしたところ、とても迅速に対応して頂き、運転手の方を準備してもらいました。素敵な車・水のサービス・丁寧なガイド・写真撮ってもらったりと、オプショナルツアーを頼むよりも断然素晴らしい思い出を作ることが出来ました。とても素敵な運転手の方を紹介してもらうことが出来ました。 翌朝、ロビーでは無料のドリンクが置かれていて自由に利用することができます。８時くらい片付けられてしまうので、利用可能時間が短いのでしょうか。 帰国後に部屋に落し物していないかメールで確認したところ、素早い確認・返信をして頂きました。勘違いで無事見つかったことを告げた時もとても親切に返信してくれました。 これほどまでに満足したホテルはありません。今後、ボストンを訪れる方がいたら、このホテルを一番に勧めたいです。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
