The Harborside Inn of Boston is located between the financial district and the waterfront in Boston, Mass. Faneuil Hall Marketplace stands directly across the street. The Aquarium "T" station is located adjacent to the inn. This property stands one block from the Boston National Historical Park Visitor Center.

The smoke-free Harborside Inn of Boston is housed within a converted 1858 granite warehouse. The hotel's atrium-style lobby features a natural brick wall, leather seating and Turkish rugs. While the hotel does not have a gym or a pool, that doesn't take away from the fact that it delivers on what may be important to a lot of you: convenience and quality service. Steps away from the T(subway), a 5-minute walk to the New England Aquarium, Fanuiel Hall, and the Quincy Market, among others, you really can't ask for anything more. 2 stops away from the airport and the hotel is just in front of the station exit (Blue Line). Great that you don't have to lug your luggage across town upon arrival. Also, within walking distance (5-10mins) to the orange and green line (State/Haymarket). Sight-seeing, shopping and food all around the corner - boston harbor cruise, faneuil hall, quincy […] market etc. Hotel staff were friendly, they allowed us to place our bags behind the counter both before check-in and after check-out... "Very Convenient"
We had an atrium room, so no window to the outside. That's a bit different. The room was nice and quiet. No coffee in the room. Free coffee in the lobby. They are currently remodeling the lobby. There are several computers available in the lobby for internet access. I didn't use them but my husband remarked that the internet speed was better in Cambodia […] (a recent trip we made). This is a very cool hotel, but I had some major problems: no parking, no vending machines, no late checkout, and no restaurant on-site. Those are huge problems in a hotel. Great place otherwise. Though it's under renovation, it's still a great location central to many touristy and/or historical sites. So close to everything in Quincy Market and walk able to many areas of the city and good restaurants. They could have better front desk service especially with luggage help, parking (it's a bit far and you need to drop off your stuff and then […] self park about 3 blocks away), there's no concierge, etc. But we did get a good rate for the nights we wanted and again, the location was a big plus. The city view room was comfortable and clean, but again no little things like a pen and paper in the room, no extra pillows or blankets (but you can get these things upon request) and no bar/restaurant on the premises. All that said, we really did have a very good experience overall and will likely come back, with hopefully some of these kinks worked out and renovations done. This was a pretty nice hotel my girlfriend and I stayed there to catch a live event at the TD Bank Garden> The hotel is literally across the street from Quincy Market and right next to the Aquarium. The guy at the front desk when i arrived at 10am was very polite and let us check in early compared to the 3pm check in. The hotel is in a great location, next to Quincy Market, the harbor, a few blocks from Little Italy, wonderful restaturants and bakeries are located there. Hotel room was decorated very nicely. The air condition seem to not work properly. The front lobby was extremely cold while my room was extremely hot.
