I was disgusted that they wanted an additional charge of $9.95 per day for internet use. Seems like gouging when our internet service at home is only 25 bucks for the whole month. The hotel itself is fine, and the shuttle service was very good, but the location is odd. It's surrounded by rental car lots and freeways. You'll need to use the shuttle to […] get to the T or airport, not a place for those who like to walk. The breakfast was also very good. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a shame you charge for parking at the hotel when you have an underground garage that has plenty of room for parking for your guests. This hidden fee will be the reason I will stay elsewhere in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Watch out if you have a car to park !!!!"
Despite saying there is a parking garage, this hotel requires that you valet park and currently charges $35 per night !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Disappointed"
Very disappointed by the quality of the "couch bed" (thin and old mattress), the hotel forgot to provide 2 pillows and we had to struggle to get them. The king room we got is definitely not appropriate for 4 adults. Very unsatisfiedGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Hotel, Bad People"
The people at the desk (especially the night crew) were painfully slow, tremendously rude and seem to hate their jobs/lives. The holtel itself was very good, but it's location is in a pretty isolated/run down area of town.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Boston hotel in middle of nowhere!"
To pricey for what really it is, no comfortable furniture, extra charge for parking. Around just constructions, ugly. The restaurant was not at the level expected, but grate people doing their best!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Not Impressed."
From the moment my wife and I arrived at this hotel, we weren't impressed. It's not fair to not tell your customers that you have to pay to park at the hotel you are PAYING TO STAY AT. This hotel only has valet parking for a whopping 32 bucks. Now they say you can access your car whenever you want, but it still makes you feel almost trapped, when you […] leave something in your car and have to wait 5-10 minutes for them to pull it around front. The rooms are nice, However if you like your privacy, it's not for you. There's a 3/4" gap under the threshold of your rooms door allowing any and all noise in and out. The room service, has an 18% gratuity and 4.50 delivery charge already added on, so be wary of double tipping for your meals. Not only were my "medium well" steak tips practically charcoal, my wife's "well done" steak was medium rare. After it took 45 minutes to wait for our meals in the first place, we didn't really feel like waiting for replacement ones. We stayed on new years eve, After the fireworks, a bunch of people on our floor decided to throw a party. Not only were there people screaming and yelling, people were starting fights. You could tell someone was smoking pot (via the 3/4" threshold gap under the doors). Several calls to the front desk went unanswered when trying to complain about it. A call to guest services finally got someone to answer, their response was "I'll be right up." and hung up. Over an hour later we had to call again to complain about the fact that no one EVER came up. At that point the person just said "I'll be right up." again, rudely hung up, and then people went in their rooms. Only to be followed by the cops knocking on everyone's door 20 minutes later. After complaining about this to the front desk during check out, I did manage to get reimbursed for the parking. I'd also like to note that even though the cheapest of cheap hotels have free wifi, the embassy does not. So there's another fee to expect when staying with them. "Hotel to avoid"
For a 4-star hotel, not having wireless internet access is a shame. To go downtown required to use a tunnel which cost 3,5 $ each time. It's not easy to go downtown without a car, it's better to book in Cambridge if you want to go to Boston. The only interest if it's you go to the airport or come back from the airport. The parking cost a lot of money […] ( 35$/night) and you don't have any possibility to park your car otherwhere. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Don't get stuck with a second floor inside room..."
unless you like feeling like you are in a windowless box, since you will be! Make sure to ask for an outside facing room if you want windows that open, or any sort of natural light. Also, if you're flight is late, and you arrive at the hotel after 10:30 don't expect to get any room service or restaurant service, since they close early (not their printed […] close time @ 11). "Embassy disaster at Logan Airport/Boston"
At issue was the shuttle service from Terminal C, Logan to the hotel. We waited 50 minutes for a shuttle - having been told the service picked up every 15 minutes. We had one successful call to the hotel to confirm this; the other two calls were automatically disconnected from our i-phones after 40 rings with no answer.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Frustrating travel & directions"
VERY aggravating trying to find this hotel. If you use the address on the website I would like to wish you luck because "you can't get there from here". The address is 207 Porter St but you can't use Porter Street to get there...... you must go through the airport to get there which is not stated on the website accessed by a smartphone and my TomTom […] as well as my phone with Google Maps were no help, the staff also didn't speak English well enough to give directions which added early an hour to finding the route into the hotel. The full website when accessed after I got home using a desktop computer had the directions listed correctly. One of the rooms also had a lamp that had wiring exposed and a large stain of ??? on the floor in front of this lamp. You also have no choice but to use valet parking which cost over $30 per day for any time over 12 hours when we were there in July 2011, you may as well add that to the room cost if you want a true comparison to neighboring hotels. Other than those problems the staff was very friendly and overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and had a wide variety of foods to please anyone with an appetite. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Very Disappointed"
I was very disappointed in particular Embassy Suites. One of only two elevators in the hotel was not operating for most of my stay, making getting from my room to the lobby and vice-versa extremely time consuming. This was compounded by the fact that there were stairs accessible to go to your room--you could traverse the stairs to go down and exit the […] hotel, but that was all. In addition, the hotel was booked for a high school senior trip meaning scores of teenagers ran through the hotel (and jammed the one available elevator). Finally, in every Embassy Suites I have previously visited, there is a complementary wine and beer reception in the evening, which was part of my motivation for booking this hotel. Either the entire chain has ceased this amenity, or this particular Embassy Suites alone has chosen to eliminate it. Aside from the room itself beling clean and comfortable (which is certainly a plus) this stay was a disaster. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"I would not go here again"
Pros: Free shuttle to airport, breakfast was amazing, hot tub and pool were clean (though small). Cons: Have to pay for Parking (30+USD/night), have to pay for WiFi (if McDonalds offers free wifi, so should hotels). Shower control (knob) broken, and pressure was less than adequate. Walls were paper thin. 2 out of 5 in my book.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not Impressed at all!"
The hotel is very dated and I was assigned to a handicap-equipped room which meant no bathtub. This was very disappointing to me. When I asked at the front desk to have my room changed (as soon as I entered the room and discovered the lack of a bathtub I went back to the front desk) the two women on duty said it could not be changed and that there really […] was no "wiggle room" for changes. I was not happy with this place at all; the only saving grace were the custodial staff and restaurant staff, they were extremely kind. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Never Again"
Rooms seemed smaller than most Embassy Suites. Chair in the living room reminded me more of an airplane seat, got to be small to use it. Parking charges came as a surprise as did the fact that MA prohibits acohol from their Managers Reception, which was the reason we paid extra to stay there.Genuine Expedia guest review
