We were entirely impressed with our late January stay at the Back Bay Hilton. "Two night stay at Hilton, Boston."
For the most part stay was fair. Room and guest services were adiquit. The cost of parking within hotel building was ridiculous. Believe parking should be included in room rate. If not should be noted, so that visitors will be able to make other arrangements. Several calls to front desk requesting that ice machine on our floor to be serviced, went unattended. […] We enjoy iced beverages in our room, when we stay at hotels. This was not the case. There was no clock or radio in room, for listening or to be aware of time. Feel that this is deficent. "Just a Short trip to everywhere"
This hotel was great had the panoramic view on the 16th floor. The view was awesome, we could see Fenway from our window along with miles of the city. We didnt eat at the restaurant but did venture down for some drinks,there is literally 100s of places around to eat. Just a short 5 minute walk to the prudential building,mall, and the T. It is absurd […] that wifi isn't free but if you take your laptop down to the bar or in the lobby you can get free wifi there. Parking is steep but everywhere around is the same price if not more. I have been to many hotels recently and almost all of them have had free wi-fi. Not only did we have to pay for wi-fi access, but we had to pay for each device separately. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Newbury St/ Back Bay/ Copley area, and close to Green and Orange line T stops. The beds were very comfortable and the room decor was cozy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location in the back bay. Close to everything, especially Symphony Hall and shopping and MBTA. Rooms are very comfortable and newly renovated. Best part of it all is every person who we encountered at the Hilton could not do enought to make our stay comfortable and find the places we wanted to locate. "The Great Escape"
We had a reservation for one night get-away without the kids at the Hilton Boston Back Bay. Check in is 3:00 PM. We arrived at 1:30 PM and was able to check in early without a hassle and without an extra charge. The room was very clean with plenty of space.
