A Chicken Caesar Salad advertised at a moderate price with a small glass of house red shouldn't result in a room service bill that's almost three times that price.. This is beyond a rip off. The catering at the Hilton has always been pretty terrible frankly. It's convenience to the Terminals and the politeness of its staff are its main virtues but for […] the high prices of a room they could fix their escalators, provide a real 24/7 coffee shop and run a real kitchen. "Convenience for an Early Morning Flight"
The Hilton Boston Logan Airport is actually a reasonably nice property with decent amenities and comfortable rooms. However, its real appeal is its location. We had a horribly early morning flight (5:30am...what were we thinking) so being close meant that we were not as panicked to make our flight. If you expect a nice 3.5 star hotel you won't be disappointed, You'll be satisfied with the tiny rooms, a tiny TV with maybe 6 channels, walking around your suitcase to get to the door, no view, and inexperienced service. i chose this hotel because i had a 6:20am flight. The Hilton provides a shuttle service that picked me up from the Car Rental office and brought me to the hotel and also took me from the hotel to the terminal building in the morning. The shuttle is 24 hours and was the service I was most impressed with. I did not stay in the hotel long enough (9pm-5am) […] to realy rate it, but my room was extremely clean and comfartable. I had a problem printing my boarding pass at the business center so marks off for that, but the front desk was able to print it for me so a couple of points back on for that. I travel monthly on business and stay two nights at this hotel each month. I am recognized on sight by several hotel employees...and enjoy seeing them, also.
