"No Extras"
This is a beautiful Hotel located at Boston's Logan Airport. There are no extras whatsoever. No Free breakfast. No fridge. No microwave. Charge for WiFi. $5.00 bottle of water. We waited for 40 mins. for a shuttle after calling the hotel twice. I will never stay at a Hyatt again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Hotel, bit noisy if flying out early"
I thought the hotel was beautiful. The view and location was great. The only bad part of our stay was th noise around the clock. They cleaning crew was up and down the hall way cleaning rooms that had a late departure at 10:00 at night, so I woudl not recommend if you are trying to get some peace and quiet before a 6am flight the next day.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amazing service, rooms in need of maintenance..."
The staff was wonderful! Very friendly an accommodating! However, the rooms weren't all that clean, there was a stain on the sheets, and we didn't have any soap in the room when we arrived.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Highway Robbery for Parking fees"
The hotel itself was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing stood out about the hotel and for the price you think it would. The part that really put a sour taste in our mouth was the fact that it was $34 per day to park there. It puts this hotel room into a whole other price bracket for hotels that it did not live up to. I was significantly disappointed in […] this extra charge. I would have booked elsewhere had I known ahead of time. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not bad, but not great."
Housekeepping could have done a better job of restocking bath. One day we had no bath matt and we ran out of bath soap. I have stayed in several hotels and had not had a problem with the soap and shampoo products, but what you are using is dreadfull. The smell in neither neutral nor floaral. You might consider a something more moisturizing. and better […] smelling. Ask your buyers to do a survey. I also ordered room service one day that was late. Ordered medium poached eggs. Got one runny and one hard boiled! yuk... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
we picked the hotel because it was near the airport but that is all it is convenient for!! to get anywhere in Boston is expensive and has to be well planned out. the hotel is very nice but very expensive!! there is a nearly empty parking lot that is 34$ a day to leave your car. meals are the same..very expensive. there were 6 of us, to get a full breakfast […] would have cost us nearly $200!! that includes tax and gratuity for 6!!! come on folks we are not all in the 1% !!! i would like to say one good thing. your staff is superb!! always helpful , pleasant, and accommodating. i would like to give a special thumbs up to Derek.... so helpful and cheerful. "convenient for airport"
A little pricey for double versus queen beds and pay-for internet use. Not even a business center with free internet...can't understand why Hyatt has not gotten on board with that. Small but nice bathroom. Great, helpful young men at the customer service desk and the van drivers were always so nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Parking is not cheap, food was okay, front desk couldn't do simple math.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pros and Cons"
Pros: -Great service, clean, friendly, and beautiful view. Cons: Super thin walls. Hope you don't have loud neighbors. Get ready to wake up bright and early from the sound of the cleaning lady vaccumming. Expensive parking. $30 a night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Airport hotel, noisy rooms"
This hotel is not bad, except for one thing, the insulation of the doors. I did not sleep most of the nights I was there, you will hear every sound from the hallway. You can see underneath the doors and light comes through the sides of the door (I tried 3 rooms), so if you are a light sleeper, forget about it. Other than that, not bad.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"4 star price for 2.5 star quality"
Asa business traveler there are certain things that say I am in a 4 star hotel. I did not find that here. In-room coffee was low quality. Cocktails were weak. We were given an ADA room and I felt badly that a person with a disability was expected to use that space. The handhelp shower was clamped to the top of the bar. Towels, soaps, etc. were on a […] high shelf. There were no additional shelves for toiletries other than the very small vanity. Staff was average but not particularly helpful. I usually do not stay at Hyatt hotels due to their labor policies but did so because of my need to leave very early in the morning. I would avoid this hotel in the future. "Think twice."
This hotel does not deliver the quality of comfort and amenities commensurate with the prices charged for the rooms (small, especially the bathroom) and the food. Self parking also was high @ $34.00 per day. The rooms overlooked runways @ Logan Airport! The desk clerk gave one of our party the incorrect key card, not the kind of inconvenience one wants […] at the end of a long trip. There is only one smallish restaurant/bar The plus side is it overlooks the Boston harbor and has a nice patio for outdoor dining. Unfortunately, access to the patio is through doors at each end of the restaurant and guests using them cause a constant draft into the dining room. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"The Hyatt Harborside Hotel"
The hotel was great but the added fee for parking was ridiculously expensive-especially when it is their own lot. It is getting to be the like the airlines when they add fees they you are not aware of until after you arrive.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was perfect, except we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 and there was no porter to take our luggage down the 7 floors and load them onto the shuttle. My husband had just had hip surgery and shouldn't have lifted anything but had to load the dolly. I could only help him a little. Everything was just too heavy. luggage, golf clubs, etc. […] Not very considerate not to have a porter available. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a quite stay"
The rooms are not sound proofed at all. There were families with children across the hall making racket for a long time. After asking them to keep it down, we still heard it. Every time someone uses the bathroom around your room it sounds like it is in your room. If you are looking for a quiet stay I would think twice.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Beautiful hotel...kind of thin walls though"
PROs : Beautiful lobby and views from outdoor restaurant; pretty good restaurant downstairs; very close to airport with free 5 minute shuttle whenever you want; comfy bed and room. CONs: Kind of thin walls - heard next door neighbor on the phone at 3am and it sounded as if he was actually in our room. Happened a few times with other guests just walking […] in the hallway. VERY upset about not having anything special placed in our room for our wedding night. I specifically told the hotel twice when making reservation that it would be our wedding night, and it would be nice to have like a bottle of champagne or just something special waiting for us in the room (that I would have paid extra for) and nothing was there. When I told the hotel front desk about the complaint, she just said, "oh okay." other than that, nice hotel. just don't go there if it's your wedding! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Rooms were nice the first time we stayed but returning we spent a night before driving back to Maine. Was not happy with room. Think the charge for parking your car especially when you are staying there is way out of line. The restaurant closed at 10, of cause our flight got in late, very limited menu at the bar.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Other guests ruined my stay"
The hotel was more than acceptable, but I can't give it a thumbs up because my stay was actually quite awful. The other guests on my floor were loud, rude, obnoxious, letting their kids run up and down the hallway, banging on doors with no supervision until late into the night. I called the hotel desk several times but they did nothing. Confronting […] the guests face to face myself had little effect either. I know it's not the hotel's fault, but I can't say I had a good stay when I did not, not at all. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"View excellent, hotel OK+, bit pricey"
I actually stayed for vacation because I wanted to see the view back across the harbor to the city skyline of Boston. This certainly didn't disappoint, and the premium for the harbor view room was modest. The hotel is an airport hotel, which generally takes the edge off things compared to a boutique-type hotel, yet if anything you are paying a premium. […] For those - I guess a minority - who are **not** staying purely for proximity to the airport - this takes the edge off one's view of the place. Room slightly tired though basically good quality, with decent space, a sofa, and useful leatherette "cube" things. Three complaints: firstly, poor soundproofing, why do airport hotels of all hotels so often fail this hurdle!? Secondly, the staff make a **lot** of noise in the morning tapping on doors with the "HOUSEKEEPING" mantra, talking in corridors, doing the cleaning itself (couldn't fault the results of their noisy efforts though). Again, kind of airport hotel territory I guess, but a lot could be solved by simply providing a PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM card as well as a "privacy" card - and they don't do that!? Thirdly, the wifi is awful, unpredictable and mostly terrible speeds in my room for sure. What's more they make you pay AND lock it to once device per payment - compare this with what's for free these days in so many places. However, good points: the airport shuttle works well, and the restaurant is really rather good. The hotel is rather remote for everything but the airport. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Boston Logan Hotel"
Great location for an early departure from Logan. Not a hotel to stay in for longer than one night. Gym is dreadful. Restaurant is imited and expensive. there is nothing nearby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hyatt Harborside - Boston"
Nice, comfortable and professional hotel. Really no complaints about the place or the staff who were very helpful. The view is super and a drink outside by the water is a great experience. Overall it could not be described as good value unless it is a short stay on your way to or from Logan International. It's a pity they have to charge for items most […] hotels offer for free. Use of a computer 50 cents/minute, wifi in room 10 dollars per day and high parking charges. If you do not want the expensive food at the hotel you have to get into the city or try out East Boston. Neither is very satisfactory having to drive or take a cab or water taxi both ways. I enjoyed the hotel but would look for somewhere else next trip. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"They have you trapped and they know it!"
Very expensive bad breakfast buffet - Expect to pay double what you paid for at an exensive hotel, they have you trapped over there on the Bay and there was nothing spectacular. Sausages and bacon overdone in the oven, terrible french toast and pretty bad potatoes. The next 4 days I had breakfast on the other side of the Bay (You would think they would […] realize that?). I have Lap top and iPad, they charge for Wi-Fi. When you go to Breakfast be prepared to pay for it again with your iPad. Told them that was a rip off and that everyone is giving it free these days. Room was nice, but bed needed to be replaced and new sheets that actually fit the bed. very uncomfotable when they are a foot smaller and come right off the minute you sit down. Generally the place is looking run down, from the Boston Harbor only three letters lit up on the large HYATT Sign? You couldn't get a more valuable place to promote yourself?
